 + -1 moreThis provider "Buys Gold" and proved unresponsive and irresponsible. A two-year experience trying to recover property or to have merchant keep their promise of reimbursement proved useless and even the BBB could not resolve. The ethics of the person running this business - horrid. No follow-through, no returned calls, no response to letters, no resolution and most sad the loss of sentimental family piece. Our loss was in the thousands . Don't take a chance. Find a reputable gold/jewelry buyer with endorsement by BBB or another creditable source.
