Mr. Givens appeared promptly, cleaned the carpets well, and removed some soil in spots that I didn't believe would come as clean as they did.

Everything went great.

It went very well: arrived precisely on time; got to work immediately after introduction and a walk around; moved furniture to clean; finished in two hours or so. Everything looked very clean and smelled fresh. I was particularly impressed with the new appearance of upholstery.

Mr. Givens spoke to me over the phone about the runner and recommended having it washed. He scheduled a date to pick it up and did so in a timely fashion. He told me he would deliver it back to me in 2 weeks. Once again he was timely in returning the rug. He worked very hard to make sure I was satisfied with the work and fixed a minor problem without any hesitation. I think the work performed was excellent and his customer service went beyond my expectations. My rug has new life thanks to him! He also left a bottle of spot cleaner for future needs.

Mr. Givens returned my call promptly, set up a date for cleaning, & called the day before to reconfirm. He inspected the sofas carefully before starting work. The work was done quickly and very well. He left a bottle of spot remover as a gift.

This was an excellent experience. Because of bad directions (from the Internet) he was about 20-minutes late. He offered to clean two additional chairs for me because he was (slightly) late. All the furniture he cleaned looks great. We have several dogs and this furniture has been well-used. It all looks great now, ready for Thanksgiving.

Mr. Givens was very polite and professional. He arrived on time with one assistant and they got right to work. The carpet and sofa looked very good and the room smelled better also. He gave me a small bottle of spot remover as he was leaving. His price was competitive with other companies I contacted. They were in and out in about one hour.

Mr. Givens is the owner/operator of the company. He responded to my inquiry within a few hours, and made an appointment with me within a few days. He arrived on time for the appointment, worked quickly and diligently, and left the carpets in wonderful condition. He is very cordial. Moreover, he offered some helpful advice on keeping the carpets clean in his absence. He gave us a free bottle of stain remover. He suggested that I save money and save the carpets by cleaning the heating and A/C vents myself, rather than paying him more money to do it himself. On the whole, he and his employee were outstanding.

JOB 1: EXCELLENT SERVICE IN ALL AREAS. THEY EVEN CAME BACK BY TO INSURE WE WERE SATISFIED. JOB 2: MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS OUTSTANDING, AND I WOULD USED THEM AGAIN AND REFER THEM TO ANYONE. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AND HE CALLED ME BACK AND TALKED TO ME AND PRESENTED THE WORK VERY PROFESSIONALLY. IT WAS ABOVE AND BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED.
