+ 0 moreOur experience with Mr. Charlotte went very well. Other companies had told us they would have to dig up our front yard and put in an elaborate cage to repair the issue. Their estimates were extremely high (as much as $5,000 to $6,000.00). Mr. Charlotte addressed the problem with an "old fashion" solution that included a piece of equipment that some might say, "had seen its better days." But, surprisingly it worked and the final price was less than 10% of the other estimates. He was polite and courteous.
Description of Work: He unplugged a very difficult blockage in our main house drain line.

+ -1 moreWe have hired Gene for a simple fix and to replace our line from house to street. On both jobs, we felt we had a good value, and professional service. Also, Gene was highly responsive on both occasions.
Description of Work: Our most recent fix was a simple fix on a flushing mechanism, which of course was minimal profit for Gene, but he still showed up promptly.
