+ -1 moreIt went great. Another company came by before them and they told me that I needed to replace my hot water heater. That was not the case. Gene’s Plumbing came out and they looked at it. They said that I didn’t need to replace the hot water heater. They cleaned it out and put it back together. It was messed up so they came back and cleaned up again. It’s been fine since then. They didn’t charge me the second time. The price was regular. I would say to other members that they are reliable; they come. If they don’t know how to do it, they will send somebody else who might know how to do it. I can request certain plumbers if I want to.
Description of Work: I used Gene’s Plumbing & Remodeling because there was a problem with the shower filter. There was some debris coming through it and they cleaned it out.

Description of Work: Two men came out- located the problem and fixed it without apparent problems- they did ask for about 8-10 towels where water has run all over floor in adjoining bedroom - there was a lot of water- I saw how soaked the towels were- they left them outside in a wet heap- what they didn't tell me was that the area rug under the bed was soaked as well- they left and about 4 hours later the wool rug began to emit an odor- then I walked on it and felt the water- it was soaked- I immediately called them- after several days ( details available on request) I spoke with Gene Lee the owner- in essence he said for me to get someone out to get the rug cleaned- his guy " didn't want the job" - I called a company- they came and got rug (at a price lower than the one quoted by Gene's guy) - and submitted invoice to Gene which he refused to pay and said this whole situation etc didn't happen like I am writing here- I won't go into his remarks- I just know that this man's word is worst than the work they do- and I would warn anyone never to trust him or his company inside your home or near it for that matter

+ -1 moreThey are respectful of my home. They are in the area and they are very dependable. They are sometimes a little late getting here but that is because they are always so busy. They have also done work on our air conditioner before. We have used them for years. They are friendly and polite.
Description of Work: They fixed our sprinkler heads within our yard.
