 + -1 moreOur dog had been ill, and I wanted to hire a carpet cleaning company that would do a thorough job. I was very happy with the job that was done. It was completed in a timely fashion and they were very polite and courteous toward my family when they were working in our home.
Description of Work: I hired them to clean the carpet in our living room. They also included an enzyme treatment for $20, and applied a protectant to help repel stains.

 + -1 moreI am very happy with their service and I felt the price was reasonable. They were efficient and they are dependable. I have never had any complaints. I will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: I had the carpets in my living room, dining room, hallway, bedrooms and stairs cleaned by them. There was no furniture was moved.

 + -1 moreThe service people did not show up on time. I called, and they claimed my wife called to cancel. They redirected a crew that showed up an hour late. The crew surveyed the job and said they could not do the work for $99.00. I told them the deal was getting worse by the minute. They walked out on the job claiming ''we don't want to do the work''.
Description of Work: I received a phone solicitation call. They did a great job selling me, and I needed the service, so I explained what needed to be done. Since I was a new customer, the salesman said this work would be $99.00. 3 rooms, a hallway, and an area rug were the things. Originally, the work was scheduled for a Saturday morning, but I called on Friday to reschedule to Wednesday.

 + 0 moreDID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY USE A TRUCK-MOUNTED SYSTEM. PRICE WAS GOOD AND THEY WERE FINISHED QUICKLY.
Description of Work: CLEANED MASTER BEDROOM, FAMILY ROOM, OFFICE AND STAIRS. ALSO CLEANED SOFA AND 2 CHAIRS.
