Excellent: courteous, friendly, expert.

They charged me about two-fifty per piece. I have not been disappointed. I think their prices are fair. They do it timely and they do a good job. They did not come up to my property. I went to them.

They were friendly. They did the minor work I needed, while I waited. Could not ask for more.

I couldn't have been happier with the services provided. Not only did Mr. Martin and his team complete the task creatively and efficiently, but they were also very considerate of my time as well. They spared me a 45 minute drive by completing the project in the same day (within 30 minutes of my bringing the appliance in!). They also came up with a creative way to fix the sentimental piece I brought in so that the look wouldn't change, but the appliance would function again. I HIGHLY recommend working with them. I will certainly go back when we have the need.

It was arranged by phone on on May 10th and scheduled for Thursday May 12th in the morning. When they had not shown up by 11 a.m., I called them and was advised that the crew assigned my job was delayed on a job before mine, but they could come on Friday the 13th at 8:00 a.m.; which was fine with me. When I went out to get the newspaper the next morning, they were already at work. They finished in about an hour. I paid them by check, and they went on their way.

After he completed the job he told me that he painted the posts/flanges with a product that would be equivalent to Rust-o-leum on "steriods" and that I should not have a rust problem for a long time. Initially, I thought that he did a good job, but within 10 months rust was visible around many of the flanges, so he must not have removed the rust well or he did not seal the posts well. When I called him about it, he blamed the rain, and told me that a lot of rain must come through my deck. I don't get any more rain coming through my deck than any other deck in Atlanta. Plus I have many metal deck railings on top of the deck that probably get more rain on them then the posts underneath the deck and these metal railings haven't rusted in 12 years and they were only painted with ordinary Rust-0-leum. He told me that he would come back to my house to fix the problem, but he hasn't shown up yet and I called him about two months ago.

I called to describe what I needed, knowing it was a small job for the company, and was told to bring it over. I brought it over the Monday afternoon before Thanksgiving and it was ready less than 24 hours later. I was treated very respectfully and professionally.

Marty was responsive and reliable. He was on time, and very helpful when things went wrong (as they always do). When there was some miscommunication between him and the architect, he took it upon himself to fix it, without charging me a penny. He had a great attitude, and a great sense of customer care.
