 + -1 moreOne of the wooden structures on the chair had broken off so you could not sit on it anymore. When Mr. D'Avilar returned it to us, it looked like it was never broken. He replaced the wood and matched the wood stain and shading exactly. The chair is now sturdier than the others we have that aren't broken. He did an excellent job and was friendly and professional.
