Kim who is the owner came with two of his staff, Leo and Edward to assist us with our move. I had read the reviews and hoped our experience would be similar. Let me just say, these gentleman couldn’t have been any nicer. Kim was very responsive and even agreed to move us with less than 24 hrs notice. First of all, THEY ARRIVED ON TIME!!!! They had to maneuver in some really tight spots but there were ZERO scratches or dents left behind. Kim and his crew went the extra mile to help us get moved. I would highly recommend this company for any moving needs.

I called around to a few moving companies and got quotes for a 2 bedroom move to Sandy Springs. I ended up choosing Floors and Chores because they provided the best quote and promise to protect my furniture. Mr. Kimble and his crew arrived on time and got right to work loading my items onto the truck. Also, they shrink wrapped my furniture and put protective pads between items to keep from damaging my things. They did such a great job with my personal move that I have begun using them at my job for junk hauling services at commercial real estate properties. I would 100% recommend Floors and Chores for moving and/or junk removal.

Everything went very well. The crew was quick and very personable. They were able to move everything in an hour and 15 minutes. They unwrapped everything upon arrival to my new home. Great experience

Move went fantastic, virtually no damage done to our furniture and boxes, everything was carefully wrapped before loading, and the crew were all great guys. It took about as long as we thought it would, but the crew really hustled to get things moved out and then in as fast as possible. Kimble and his assistant were quick and efficient. They paid special attention to detail and were courteous and very prompt when it came to communicating and keeping to our tight and demanding schedule. I wish I could give them ten stars!

This was our first time using movers instead of doing it ourselves. It went very well and we will be using these movers again. CJ, Lamar, Leo and Neil arrived on time after a heads up call that they were coming. They were very professional and did an outstanding job.

I have used Floors and Chores twice and each time they did an exceptional job. Kimble (the owner) is always responsive and easy to work with. The movers are prompt and always take good care of your items. I knew if I moved again that I would call Floors and Chores to move me. I won't publish the names of the gentleman that helped me on this move in case they would prefer not to have their names mentioned but, they were extremely nice and worked fast but careful. I was lucky enough that one of the gentleman on this move had also helped me in the prior move. In fact, I remembered their names so I specifically asked for the same team if possible and Kimble was kind enough to try and accommodate and was able to send one of them. That gentleman and his co-worker on this move did a great job. I would hire again.

The movers were very nice,punctual,professional men who took pride in their work and the phone representative was also a true professional setting up my service date. I needed them to come out again immediately after to rearrange my furniture and they quoted me a fair price due to another visit within a weeks time.

They were very professional. Showed up on time. Handled each piece with care. Filled the truck then went to our storage unit and unloaded. It went perfectly. Great company.

They were able to accommodate a last minute move for me. CJ and his crew did a fantastic job. They worked very quickly, efficiently and professionally. Got my small move done in less time than expected, would have been even quicker if I had measured the size of a couch correctly.

I highly recommend this moving company! The movers were extremely professional, efficient, effective, conscientious, and friendly. They wrapped, moved, unloaded and set up an entire home in a very timely manner. The price was extremely reasonable!

Kimble helped me with two moves, both involved loading a POD. He wanted a detailed listing of what I planned on loading on the POD. Once I provided that, he told me the size of the POD that would be appropriate for my needs and told me what supplies I would need to have (they get the shrink wrap - you provide everything else, mostly moving blankets and bungee cords to secure stuff). On both occasions, he delivered excellent service and loaded the POD efficiently. He was punctual, understands how to disassemble furniture, and is calm and professional. I only wish I had such a professional team to help me unload my POD, but unloading is usually easier. Overall, I would recommend him highly. NOTE: F&C does not offer packing services. I wish they did.

Arrived 10 min prior to scheduled time. Professional and well mannered. Got the job done on time. It was a small job but the crew did not seem to mind at all.

The service was A. They were on time, professional and they got it done quickly.

Pros: They showed up just 15 minutes late. Used some padding to avoid damage. Finished the job in 3.5 hours. Cons: They did not hustle and could have finished earlier. A couple of the crew members were acting strangely and could have stolen some items. They broke a light fixture by being sloppy. Way too much joking around and horseplay.
