 + 1 moreJ Crawford's Flat Fee Services is just another contractor you can avoid. He'll say yes to everything in your wish list, only to earn the job. Then he begins his disrespectful tone towards women. Then he'll change the project without telling the client until it's past the point of return and you get stuck with something you never wanted. He's terrible at communicating with clients - we had to continually remind him what we agreed to and what our questions were. He's quick to forget something he didn't want to do or forgot to tell his crew. Then you look at the craftsmanship from his crew and become filled with regret - why didn't we pay the little bit extra for a better contractor?? Regrets, J Crawford will give you regrets. Do yourself a favor and find a different contractor. Note - J didn't even do any of the work himself. He just got paid off the top and gave the work to his crew.
Description of Work: I hired Jermane to combine our small guest bath and small laundry room into a large combo room. The finishes and plans are way off, from what we discussed and every aspect of the job is sloppy (missing grout between tiles, wall mud on the floor, plumbing sealant in and on the vanity and floor, uneven crown and base molding joints). On Thanksgiving, not even a week after the project finished, the shower plumbing started leaking and water came down through my first floor ceiling. We called, texted and emailed Jermane to come address the issue but we have not heard from him, and don't expect to. Jermane works with flippers and other real estate men. He is in it for the fast turn around and does not value a complete, quality job. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Description of Work: Kitchen remodel and wood floors. Wood floors were done by sub-contractors and look very nice, great job, very nice workers and they made up for much of the disatisfaction with the contractor. Overall the price was good. I had a problem with how the granite counters were done, several seams that were not necessary if they had been done correctly. I had quite a few disagreements with contractor over completion and money. Took several weeks longer than what he originally told me. Sometimes could be rude, did not return calls. |However, overall and am mostly happy with the finished product except for the granite counters ...could have been better.

 + 0 moreThe sprinkler system that was installed consistently had problems. I would call many times to get them to come back to fix the problem. . In the summer of 2013, the system was leaking and would not cut off. After trying to get them to come back for 3 months and given the "run-around", I gave up and got someone else to fix the problem. My system was still under warranty but they were doubting this in the few times I talked with Jermane Crawford. This was a horrible experience! The company I paid my money to was JBC Professional Services LLC who represented FLAT FEE LAWN CARE in Mableton, GA
