We woke up on a Sunday morning and discovered a leak in the expansion tank above the water heater. It was difficult to find a plumber who would come out and fix it on a Sunday, but Steven at Fix & Flow was very responsive and sent Anthony to our house. Unfortunately, Anthony found leaks and corrosion not only in the tank but all around the water heater. We could have paid $800 (at weekend rates) to fix all those things without replacing the water heater, but he advised that we replace the water heater as well for a total of $2,300. No one welcomes an unexpected expense like that, but we agreed and Anthony installed the water heater in a few hours. He was very professional and pleasant to work with.

We thought it would be simple. But it had been constructed wrong and not to code. Became a major project which they did very well. Definitely would use them again and recommend them to others.

I've used them a couple of times, probably 4 or 5 times. It went very well. Every single time has been wonderful. Very professional. Very clean. Always make sure that the place is exactly what it was when they got there. They show up on time. Estimate is always correct. Overall they are very knowledgeable group. We needed a new water heater and issue with hot water in the kitchen (takes forever for hot water to reach the kitchen). We didn’t know when to replace the water heater since it was still working. A year ago, Stephen, the owner came out and told us that we will need to replace the water heater eventually but for now it is fine. He gave us several options for our budget. We ended up waiting a year before replacing the water heater and hired fix and flow. We decided to go with tankless water heater to solve the hot water issue in the kitchen. There were other options but with 4 kids we decided we needed endless hot water. Fix and flow came out and installed a tankless water heater. They were super professional and neat. They left the areas they worked in as if nothing ever happened. Anthony explained how everything worked and answered all the questions that we had. We are super happy with our tankless water heater and quick hot water in our kitchen. We absolutely recommend fix and flow.

They successfully installed a new, energy efficient water heater. They were very responsive in answering all my questions and scheduling the time to replace the heater. I live in an older condo building downtown and the heater was very difficult to install due to tight quarters, but they did everything perfectly and even touched up paint afterward where they had to remove my door frame to get the old heater out! I would highly recommend them.
