We are happy to say we finally got out of our contract with this company because the service was so extremely poor. They were absolutely impossible to get in touch with. You could never get a live person on the phone to talk to. They would never return our calls and I think they were expensive especially considering that we were getting poor services from them. I will never use this company again and I would not recommend them to others either because our experiences with them were so upsetting.
Description of Work: This alarm system company is based in Utah, but they provide services in this area. They sold me the alarm system that protects my more than 1800 square foot home. They also installed the system. Our system has a special device they had to put into our garage because we have an extremely expensive bike in there that is probably worth more than our home. That installation job was rather tedious. We got locked into a contract with this company. We basically paid them for the installation itself and then forty five dollars each month to monitor our system, which they subcontracted out to another company.
