+ -1 moreI'm not sure the service above that I requested was even checked. After charging me over a $1,000 my system still wasn't working properly. For full disclosure, I did approve all of the services that they suggested. However, afterward I realized that they were just running up the bill. I found out afterward that they charged me almost twice as much as others are still charging for freon. They made no attempt to fix the problem and asked me to sign a document stating that they were not fixing a freon leak. In my naivete I did sign that document because I wasn't completely sure it was a freon leak. I give them an F because they did not try to solve a problem they just wanted to make the money.
Description of Work: HVAC: suction line is hot and DS duct has hole in it supply plenum need to be checked advise $79 service fee

The service is impeccable and I always feel as if I am in good hands. I also started regularly using their plumbing services for both inspections and repairs. + -1 moreThey replaced my heating and air conditioning units and every six months they come to do an inspection to make sure the units are operating properly. I pay a monthly fee so that they will replace the filters once a year. I am very pleased with the service I receive.

+ 0 moreThis was part of a multiple step project to correct deficiencies in my house's wiring from a bad reno. The Estes guys were great at finding the best way to clean up the wiring and get the new circuit installed. I also used them for the HVAC component and it was nice having the guys from the electrical side and the HVAC side coordinating what need to be done and when without me having to take charge. Overall they were very efficient and effective. They were happy to explain every step and I always felt like I knew what was going on.

They arrive on time, in one incident doing the winter, I called for service on a Saturday morning and they came out in an hour, it was not an a major problem , we didn't turn on a switch when changing the filter, so now I let Estes change my filters.
