 + 1 moreWe were under contract with Estes for two years for all three services. Their service providers were very good at "finding" different things that "need" to be fixed during their bi-annual visits. In fact, they created problems trying to fix real problems. Further, scheduling got so bad that they would give us an EIGHT HOUR WINDOW of when the service provider would be here! They are listed and "rated" high in a local publication, which is why we chose them. No more.

 + -1 moreTech had to be reminded to perform some of the services...cleaning unit. Access to outside is difficult. Tech said they didn't really need to go there, but we insisted. Tech acted more like a salesman than service man.

 + 0 moreI did not request work from Estes Services because of all the bad reviews on The Better Business Breau's web-site !!! In what appears to be retaliation, Estes Services hired a company to fraudulently acquire my social security number. Although I have never signed or agreed to have Estes provide any services they sent negative information to all of the credit reporting agencies which has caused serious problems for my family my business and myself !! I spoke to one of the senior managers and I am of the impression that he was personally responsible for the illegal activity !! please please do your home work before using this company !!!
Description of Work: no work was performed anywhere for me !! This was FRAUD..........
