Not only did the technician do an exceptional job, he took the time to explain the work he did and to advise us on proper use and care of the HVAC units. I have used Estes for HVAC and Plumbing Service and next spring I plan to use them for some electrical repairs.

They arrive on time, in one incident doing the winter, I called for service on a Saturday morning and they came out in an hour, it was not an a major problem , we didn't turn on a switch when changing the filter, so now I let Estes change my filters.  + -1 moreEverything with Estes has been great with the exception of the initial system installation. The only reason I rated them a B is the install crew nicked a wire and did not disclose it which caused a system failure 3 days later. Estes was out the same day of system failure and fixed the problem wire and installed a complete new electrical box to the unit - which was totally above and beyond.
