The work was great. Enviro-cure performed the work as scheduled and at the agreed upon price (which was competitive with other quotes from other companies). In addition, Enviro-cure performed the work without getting one spec of dirt on the new carpet in the basement. I have no idea how they removed an old vapor barrier without getting red clay on the new carpet! With the certification and guarantee from Enviro-cure, I had no trouble in selling my home.
Description of Work: A potential mold issue in the crawlspace of my home was raised by a realtor during a pre-listing inspection. Enviro-cure was asked to provide a consultation and estimate. Jon indicated that the mold was dormant and most likely non-toxic based upon his visual inspection. He was very thorough and clearly communicated what work would be performed. Enviro-cure removed the old vapor barrier and replaced it with a new barrier consisting of reinforced plastic. In addition, all affected floor joists were cleaned by hand of all mold. They also cleaned the HVAC ducts and "sealed" off the area to ensure the air in my home was not impacted during the work. Mold samples were then sent for testing.
