Description of Work: This was a carpet installation in two bedrooms. Selection offered is somewhat limited, especially at the higher end. This was fine for two bedrooms with no cross traffic but I would have wanted a wider selection for the public rooms in the house. Installer did not call the day of installation to say when he was coming, which was late in the day. I had to call them. They were at my house until after dinner, which is not my preference. Team was a bit gruff and rough but did a good job with no damage. Overall I was satisfied.

Description of Work: Estimate for carpeting and tile. Only 2 options for carpet and 2 options for tile were shown. |The sales person used a computer to try to get price down to be competitive with another company. He fumbled, told me he couldn't get the tile price down and that I needed to choose the other tile. I patiently waited and watched him try to get his computer to get the price down for 2 1/2 hour sales presentation. Was not impressed.

Description of Work: Terrible customer service! The older woman who came to give estimate was very rude and dishonest. She told her boss she was unable to provide estimate but instead she gave me an estimate of 9k. Way to high for area needing carpet. I received quotes for 3k-5k. So they were almost double. . I talk to manager but phone was disconnected and he never called back.run!

Description of Work: Called three times after lengthy hold was disconnected. 4th time talked to a rep and she would not give me a price for their least expensive carpet per sq ft. Then would not give me a time frame for someone to give an estimate just between 2 or 3 hours schedule. Tried website to set up, but it wont let you set it up unless you state how many rooms you want carpeted??? Well how do I know until you give me a price? I have rental houses and I dont have a lot of time for shopping around. I need a no nonsense company to work with, all I got from these folks was nonsense. I will change my review if things change, but so far theyve been horrible. Who has time to deal with folks like this. Wont give you a price, cant use the website to set up an appointment, long hold times, disconnects and wont set up a set time for and estimate. Too much hassle.
