I book for a deep clean on a Tuesday evening and was told the "cleaners" would be there in Thursday and my reservation time was 10am-12pm. At 10:30am Thursday morning I called because no one was there, I was then told the CLEANERS would be there BETWEEN 10am and 12pm, which is a big difference than implying the would finish during that time. About 11am the ONE CLEANING GIRL SHOWED UP. My condo is 1730sqft and three floors, 3bed/3 bathrooms, 3 Walk in closets.. the young lady arrived, I showed her around. Nothing in my home is extremely dirty but I've had three surgeries in the last year and one roommate was moving out with another one in. I had already cleaned in the microwave, stove, bathtubs before I decided to hire a cleaning service.. I knew one girl was not going to be enough... Which she explained if she brought someone else with her, she woul lose money, as she was a contractor that owned her own company and actually loses money working for this company. Most of the items listed on the check list were not done, the baseboard were cleaned ONLY IN ONE BEDROOM, DID NOT TOUCHED IN TWO, NOR THE HALLWAYS, FRIDGE NOT TOUCHED , KITCHEN SHE WIPED DOWN ONE WALL, NO CABINETS, THE BATHROOMS SHE RINSED THE TUBS I CLEANED, DID NOT CLEAN BUT 1/3 BATHROOM MIRRORS, only vacuum 1/3 bedroom throw rugs, wiped 1/4 tables in living room, used my vacuum as hers was broken on maybe 12 inch spot in my living room out of a 12ft x 12 ft beige carpet... The bedroom dirt was swept into air vents on the floor. I have four cats, which they knew when pricing me.. the beds sheets I left on bed were put up instead on on the bed. Dust bunnies think on fans, baseboards, hallways, tables, mirror spot, basically the home was wiped down if that much. I felt so bad because I thought she was working he hard but when out of sight nothing was done and I tipped her in $60 in cash because she told me how the main company keeps almost every thing paid. I left a kind review, and didn't list all this but I called the company first thing Friday morning. They called me back and said I qualify for a re-clean. My roommate was moving in Saturday and we had workers installing a new water heater, I told them I didn't want a re-clean I wanted my money back. The money was already on hold and out oh my account the moment I scheduled them. The day my home was clean the money technically was taken out on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning the money was it was back in my account and I was traveling on Sunday. Monday morning comes around and I'm overdrawn over $330 . The took the fees back out three days later they were released. My home was only half wiped down and now I'm overdrawn ! Don't use this company. Save your money.

Overall experience horrible. Someone called the day before and asked to arrive early, so schedule was changed to accommodate, but they came an hour late. The rep I spoke with said that it would take 5-6 hours to clean, but only took 3 1/2, so maybe a thorough cleaning was not done. Used disinfecting wipes to clean my wood tables and banisters and created a white film. Dusted around items (have lots of pics), and not sure what was used on my wood floors but they were cloudy also. Had to ask several times to get certain areas that were in plan site, including vacuuming an area that clearly had lint and other tracked things on it. Came in street clothes, which in my opinion was unprofessional. The worse part though, was the customer service. I called to complain about how the house did not smell clean, no bleach or cleaning products could even be detected/smelled. The customer service person was extremely condescending, would not give me his name, and after asking for a manager at least 10 times, he smartly said I am the manager. After going back and forth with the representative, he asked if i wanted them to come back out and clean. I said i guess thats a start but i dont want the same people coming back. He tells me that the only way their company is coming back is if they send the same people back so they could learn what they did wrong. Huh? I make a reference to sending food back at a restaurant and not wanting the same cook that we complained about to cook our food and the "manager" says, well im glad you made that reference because that same cook would cook your food again. Huh? Asked to speak to my wife because he heard her in the background; what kind of manager does that instead of resolving the issue? Wife took the phone and he did give her his name. Eventually the owner, I assume, called me back and gave me an explanation about some of the cleaning issues and attempted to rectify the situation. He was very pleasant and refunded me just under half of what we paid, however, the house needed much additional cleaning, including remopping my whole house, wiping down the wood with furniture polish to reclaim some semblance of the normal shine and our 2 wood tables. But I digress, and take a chance.
Description of Work: Cleaning of house. Was a misunderstanding regarding the type of cleaning and I do take partial responsibility for that but the things that transpired were totally unacceptable. Owner gave partial refund.

I highlighted to them what they should do. As far as vacuum, but they didn't vacuum the floor and stairway, kitchen floor wasn't mopped as well and the hallway. They didn't clean the behind of the windshield, the ceiling and door bell knob. I pay or the service and I think I should get the service that I need but I don't.
Description of Work: They were supposed to clean the kitchen area, bathroom area and the bedroom.

The Client requested a standard cleaning of the home, but was moving out of the home. We provided The Client a checklist of what is provided in our standard clean and explained to him about the difference between Standard Cleaning and Move-out Cleaning. He proceeded to request a Standard clean due to the pricing. The home was cleaned per our standard policy and The Client contacted us back asking why the cabinet drawers were not cleaned out as well as other items that are not apart of the standard cleaning. The home and carpet was in very bad shape and our service providers vacuumed all rooms and provided video and photo evidence of the vacuming as well as cleaning of all the rooms. They also provided video and picture evidence of mold inside the home. This home was completed per our Standard Checklist and we do not clean ceilings, windshields nor door bell knobs. All areas of this home were cleaned to perfection, so we are unsure of the reason The Client decided to leave a negative review.
