We have recently moved into our home which is prewired with a full entertainment system. We asked Electronic Architects to come out to 1) install two flat screen TVs that Comcast was unable to hook up and 2) train us on how to use the entertainment center. Chuck arrived to find a massive spaghetti bowl of wires and equipment associated with our entertainment center and no instructions. Although some wires were numbered, there were many that were not. His first major task was to find the cable for the kitchen TV. After crawling around in the attic, looking outside and examining the spaghetti bowl of wires using his handy dandy locator tool to track each wire, he was able to come up with a solution using a splitter on the cable to feed the Comcast signal to the kitchen TV. He then continued using his locator tool to determine which cables fed the TV in the family room. This was no small feat as there were at least 20 different cables to pick from and the labels on the TV end were mislabeled. Chuck, a.k.a. Sherlock Holmes, certainly deserved an honorary degree in detective work for sorting out everything! With those major tasks accomplished, he then taught us how our system worked and how to install future equipment. He was clear, and concise, and made sure we understood. If I ever feel the entertainment systems has taken control again, I'll certainly call Chuck! His pricing was more than reasonable for two men working for 3 hours. He did charged me an additional half hour for additional commuting from Atlanta to Lake Lanier, which I thought was fair.

I hired Electronic Architects to mount a new flat screen in my master bedroom. Chuck and his team showed up on time and got the job completed efficiently and for a good price. Next is a home theater in the finished basement and I will definitely call Electronic Architects for the installation.

Their customer service is good. They canceled a couple of times before they came.

Went well. They were just 20 minutes late but phoned ahead which worked great. Our townhouse Homeowners Association didn't let us put it on the roof so we had to stick it in the attic. Chuck and his assistant maneuvered it into a tight space in the attic and wouldn't leave until we got the best possible signal. It works well. Had we been able to mount it on the roof it would have been great but not Chuck's fault. They were really professional throughout. I'll be mounting a TV on the wall soon and plan to call Chuck for that one also.

My experience with Electronic Architects was good. did. They did a great job. They were good guys that wanted to get the job right and make us happy. During the process they discovered that they needed a part that they didn't have on their truck, so they left and went to the store to get that one little part to use it for the installation. I was very impressed that they did that instead of getting by without it or using a two dollar part or something.

Very knowledgeable across all home automation/entertainment options. Nice to work with one company that could do it all, helps with integration. Work was done in a very timely manner.

.He installed a Kingston HyperX 240 GB SATA III Solid State Drive, Installed windows, transferred data, set up Postbox, retrieved data from bad hard drive, reset and test phone system. This allowed me to watch anything on ESPN3 on my big screen TV rather that my computer and allowed me to do anything on my TV that I could do on my computer. I have used this company for any of my electronic, phone, computer, sound system, etc. needs for about 13 years. Chuck is very professional, honest, and stands behind his work. I highly recommend him for any of the work he does. You will be pleased.

There were a number of visits to do different parts of the service and they had to work around a typically inept Comcast installation. They also provided advise on and acquired two new television sets as part of their work. Throughout they were prompt and professional and stayed at each task until it was done right. I was very, very impressed.

Chuck has been always available for us after the Sale for any questions we might have!

I retained a company to install a new television which had complicated connectivity issues. The television was operational for only about an hour after the installers left. I then called Electronic Architects out of desperation to remedy the problems caused by the previous installers. Chuck, the owner of Electronic Architects, arrived at my house the very next day, promptly at the appointed time. After an hour or so of troubleshooting , he said the problems were caused by an improperly connected TV and Blue-ray player, as well as a defective receiver (which was caused by the improper set-up). Before he started, he gave me an estimate of the total cost, which was very reasonable, and I hired him on the spot.. Everything Chuck said he would do was done in a very timely manner and with quality workmanship. I would not hesitate to retain Electronic Architects again for any matters that my arise with respect to my home theater system. I would rate my experience with Chuck and his company as a 10 on a 10 scale.

The sound is terrific!! Chuck spent time teaching us how to use it and all of the options that we have with the system. He has continued to answer questions promptly by phone if we have any questions about the different functions of the TV or sound system.

Very challenging job. The TV barely fit the space. Chuck managed to make it work and all is great.

Chuck did a great job selecting great equipment and designing the installation while staying within our budget. He was flexible in the scheduling, stuck to the timeline and worked with the carpenter that was constructing the built-in cabinet. Chuck knows his stuff and offered some super options for us to chose from. They cleaned up during and after the installation as well.

Chuck arrived to provide the estimate on time. He was very professional.thorough and efficient . The written estimate arrived promptly and was very detailed. Chuck was willing to work with me to get the price within my budget and still ensure great quality. The job was scheduled about a week out. He arrived on time along with his technology guy John. They were both very courteous and quiet and got right to work. Chuck identified some wiring issues with my current system that he willingly took care of, improving the overall quality of my sound system and the picture on my TV. He installed all the equipment, tested everything and showed us how to work it. He never made us feel stupid for asking questions of for asking him to show us again. He said we could call him anytime with questions or concerns and that he would be happy to come back out again if necessary. We were very happy with both he and John and love our new system.

i selected electronic architects because the responded the quickest. i am overall very, very satisfied with chuck and roys workmanship. they are a great team! i made some mistakes of not measure how high the plasma would be mounted. but chuck and roy was able to help me fix those mistakes and now everything looks perfect. roy mudded/patched the walls as if it was never cut. they were able to work very late to clean up everything since we have having a party on the next following day. the final quote was a bit higher due to the fact we have to go back in and remove the mantel above the fire place. but i'm one happy camper. highly recommend these guys. will contact chuck again when redoing my basement home theater.

This was my second time working with Chuck. The first time, in 2005, he designed, configured, and installed a 6.1 home theater system in my basement, and did a nice job. Therefore, I was eager to work with him again, knowing that with the complexity of the project, I wanted someone in whom I had confidence. My confidence was justified, since he once again did an excellent job. At the beginning, Chuck asked me several questions up front to identify my needs and quickly came up with design ideas for the system layout, as well as recommendations regarding what hardware to consider. I asked many questions, and Chuck's product knowledge helped us identify which products would give us the most bang for the buck, hitting both the desired performance and budget criteria. With budget in mind, Chuck's pricing was more competitive than the other quotes I got. He has good distributor/manufacturer relationships, and was able to get me a special price to save hundreds on an amazing Artison Portrait LCR custom speaker that looks like it is integrated with my TV. The sound system both sounds great and looks great. When his supplier for the product decommited on a delivery date, Chuck was even able to find the item faster through another supplier. Chuck's service is friendly, prompt, responsive, and reliable. It is refreshing to work with someone who does what he says he will do. In addition to the work he did, Chuck gave me good advice about how to negotiate with my cable provider to lower my bill. He then even went to the trouble of picking up my HD cable card for me from my cable provider across town. In summary, I'd highly recommend Chuck (Electronic Architects) for all home theater, multi-media systems, and installation projects.

I would give Electronic Architects my highest recommendation. I definitely plan to use them for future projects of this nature.

Chuck and his helper started work at 9 am and had to stop at 7:30 pm. It was a difficult job running all of the speaker wire, especially from the baseboard to the ceiling. During all of this, Chuck and his helper were cheerful and helpful in answering my questions. As I did not know how long it would take, I had cleared my schedule for the entire day. I was not upset about how long it was taking. Chuck let me know that it is difficult knowing how long the job takes until they actually start doing it. They were very professional in their attitude and work style. They were unable to get all of the work done that day, and we made arrangements for them to come back and finish up a couple of days later. Overall, my experience was a good one and I can recommend this company to anyone who is looking to install a home theater system. Chuck did everything that he said he would and I am very satisfied with the quality of the work.

This quite complicated installation was fluid and seamless. Chuck and I discussed a gameplan/project plan prior to Day 1...and Chuck adhered to project plan, executed most of the installation in the evening (to avoid disturbing us during business hours) and wrapped up the project on time. Additionally, during the 2 week engagement, Chuck circled back on a two occassions to let us know that we could save money by taking a slightly different approach. (I appreciated this as it helped us save several hundred dollars). Following the engagement, Chuck came back (as he promised to) to install and configure our wireless network and make sure we were happy with his work. Summary: The project went extremely well. Chuck installed first class equipment. Chuck was/is extremely responsive and diligent.

Chuck answered all of our questions to make sure we selected the right components for our needs and explained the different options. Arrived on time for scheduled installation. Installation was efficient. He even came back a second time to move the components into a cabinet that we didn't have when he initially installed the components--at no extra charge. Very professional.
