All I want to say is ,DO NOT FALL FOR IT, I have tried canceling my service twice and both times I been given some off the wall information ie $300.00 cancellation penalty, I do not need their service

This is hands down not only the worst pest control service I have ever had but possibly one of the worst companies I have done business with period. It all started out ok but went downhill pretty fast. 6 months after service started we kept having roaches and ants coming back inside. Some dead, some alive. Then over the summer we had a fly infestation occur somehow. After calling out they literally said that there was nothing they could do about the flies. Just that it was "hotter" than usual this summer and they were coming inside somewhere. Strike one. Then a few months later my daughter started noticing wasps in her room. I called to see if they could investigate and they said, "everything looks perfect, not sure where they are coming from." Then about 2 weeks later my daughter noticed a huge wasps nest inside the eave over the top story of our home. The bi-monthly service was coming up and so I waited. The technician saw the nest and said he would schedule a specialist to come out

DO NOT get their services, if you just get it from the guy at your door, Please cancel with in 3 days. Their door sales man just lied to you and you will regret their service for the rest of your contract terms. and if you want to cancel it with in your terms, it will be so much pain in the butt. I wish i have seen some of the post b4, that is why I am writing this just one person that may see this. Maybe I can save him from this scam. There are more honest companies out there than they are.
