I decided to make sure they weren't going to charge me for another year so I called (#2) October 8th and spoke to Archie (sounded foreign). He inactivated my account. I reminded him I had called in July to stop the service and that he should not charge my account. called back (#3) James (sounded foreign) on 11/5/08 because they had charged my credit card $9.95 and asked for a supervisor. He said a supervisor would call back in 25 minutes. I waited 2 hours and called back(#4), asking for a supervisor again. Said I would get one on in 10 minutes. No call. I called back (#5) and the answering machine said due to heavy calls they couldn't take my call and for me to call back another day. Called back immediately (#6) and Ashley took all my information and said a supervisor would call back in 3-4 business days. They returned my call and I was changing a diaper and missed their call. On November 10th I called (#7)and spoke to Dana who would connect me with Robin in the mailstation department. They would work on my complaint and get back with me. Silence forever. I call this pure theft.
