i am sorry to say i am not very pleased with this company at all after i kept on my bills with them, made payments to them i thought they were a good comapny but they are nto, i found out that have hiddin fees and plus they have over charged me on my bills and plus have taken money off my card that i singe up with them even when i didnt have no money at all on them, i told them i would call them with my payment like always, and they dotn work with ya at all i told them i get paid between the 6th and th 8th of them month, they have poor mangment and they would call me almost every day and heck even 3 to 4 times a day really common dotn they ever take notes dowen that they just talked to me no not ever, i even told this one guy who ever terains ya guys nneds to to thier job right , the service is very slow not up speed liek suposeed to be, i am sorry to say this i would not ever recommned them ever to no one the attuide from some of the people no way i cant wait till another sertive comes to my area i am going wth them

I am very happy with them. Anytime there’s a problem they get on it right away and they generally give me some kind of discount because of it. It feels secure and I have never had a problem with viruses. I haven’t compared the price with anyone in a long time.

I switched my internet to earthlink from Att and was not happy with it immediately so I called to cancel and get my money back and they will not let me cancel and said that I subscribed to a year and would not refund my money. they said that it isn't possible. Of course it is possible. It may not be their policy but it is possible. I am a single person with only one income and cannot afford to be ripped off. I'm sure that they can afford it easier than I can. Their customer service is terrible and this is a costly mistake on my part. I just want to go back to ATT and put this behind me. I was told that I didn't need a landline and then I find out that I do and my laptop won't work now.

You get what you pay for. The service is inexpensive, but it works!

I AM USING EARTHLINK FOR MY DSL INTERNET CONNECTION. THOSE TIMES THAT I HAVE ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM, THEY HAVE BEEN EXCELLENT ABOUT TALKING ME THROUGH AND GETTING THE PROBLEM RESOLVED. I DO BELIEVE THAT I MIGHT BE PAYING TOO MUCH FOR THE SERVICE AND HAVE STARTED INVESTIGATING ALTERNATE PROVIDERS SUCH AS SBC AND ROAD RUNNER, BUT ONLY BASED ON PRICE.

THIS WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. FOR THE MONTH I SUPPOSEDLY HAD THE SERVICE, I WAS ON THE PHONE MORE THAN I WAS ONLINE. SBC WAS OUT SIX TIMES, AND EARTHLINK KEPT SAYING IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. I MADE REPEATED REQUESTS FOR AN EARTHLINK TECHNICIAN TO COME OUT, BUT THEY NEVER DID. I WROTE LETTERS TO THE CEO. I HAD MY PHONE JACKS REWIRED AND STILL THE SYSTEM WOULD CRASH AND I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO GET ONLINE. THEY THEN TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY $150 EARLY TERMINATION FEE TO CANCEL THE SERVICE, WHICH NEVER WORKED PROPERLY; THIS UNLESS THE PROBLEM WAS DEEMED ''UNFIXABLE'' WHICH THEY WOULD NOT DECLARE IT EVEN AFTER A MONTH. CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS RUDE, WOULD NOT LISTEN, AND WAS UNCARING. THEY WOULD TELL ME TO GO TO THEIR ONLINE CHAT; BUT I COULDN'T GET ONLINE OR WOULD GET RUN IN CIRCLES TRYING TO CONNECT TO THEIR CHAT. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE!

GOOD SERVICE PROVIDER AND HELPFUL AS CAN BE ON THE PHONE WHEN I CALL WITH QUESTIONS.

I USE EARTHLINK BECAUSE OF THEIR COMMITMENT TO MACINTOSH OS. WE RUN BOTH MAC AND WINDOWS AT HOME. THEIR PRICES ARE ABOUT AVERAGE COMPARED TO OTHER ISP'S WHO OFFER SIMILAR LEVELS OF SERVICE. WHENEVER I'VE CALLED FOR SERVICE THEY HAVE BEEN PROFESSIONAL AND HELPFUL ON THE PHONE. NO EXCESSIVELY LONG HOLD TIMES. I HAVE YET TO TRAVEL ANYWHERE IN THE U.S. THAT I COULDN'T GET A LOCAL ACCESS NUMBER AND USE THEIR SERVICES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY
