+ -1 moreIN TRYING TO RESOLVE THESE PROBLEMS, I WAS ENDLESSLY ROUTED TO PEOPLE IN THE PHILIPPINES WHO MIGHT HAVE BEEN POLITE BUT WERE INCAPABLE OF SOLVING THE PROBLEM, MUCH LESS UNDERSTANDING MY FRUSTRATION IN DEALING WITH PEOPLE WHO DID NOT SPEAK THE LANGUAGE WELL.
Description of Work: I signed up for True Voice internet phone service. They were to send me equipment to begin the service. Before the equipment arrived, they switched my service thereby leaving me with NO phone service at all for 5 days. In addition, when the equipment finally arrived, it did not allow me use all my phones, only one phone in the house and I also could not use my Internet or email connections. None of this was every mentioned as a possible complication. In addition, they used an old credit card account that I had on file with them from a time when I paid my email provider bill to them and with NO Authorization whatsoever, charged that account for all manner of fees.
