Before the tornado our backyard was mostly woods with pine straw and seldom used, We were devastated by the loss of privacy when the trees were destroyed. E H Sheldon removed the trees, ground the stumps, re-graded the yard to make it so that we can actual use it, and selected a mixture of trees and plants that are wonderful. I actually wish that we had done this sooner instead of waiting until the tornado forced us to do something but we really needed someone with some vision about how to reshape the yard and with some knowledge about what plants and trees would work best. E H Shelton was able to transform our backyard into the yard that we have always wanted.

I contacted Ted on a Sunday. (ALL the email communication between me and him is below). He contacted me back the same day on that Sunday (that was the best of the whole experience). I checked my Angies List mail on Tuesday and emailed him back the information he asked for including uploading images for him to get a sense of what my current yard looked like. Well the next day, that Wednesday, he showed up to my home out of the blue, no appointment, we had not spoken after my email to him on Tuesday. He called me while he was at my house, we spoke briefly, but I was on my way to work and asked if I could call him back when I got to work. He kinda cut me off and hung up abruptly. When I got to work I called him from my work phone and my cell phone and left 2 different messages. He NEVER called back. 2 days later on Friday, I called again and left a detailed message to see if there was some miscommunication, he never called back. Pretty unprofessional in my book and I couldn't see myself recommending or using his services in the future. Me - 07/14/2013 Hi Ted, I would like an estimate on some landscaping. My apologies for the late response but I entered the wrong emailed address when signing up to Angies list and subsequently wasn't receiving notifications that I had messages on here. In any case I'm looking to have some grass removed along a walkway and have wood chips and low maintenance shrubbery place down. Also I have 4 dog wood trees that need to be shaped up and weeds removed from around them and wood chips placed there as well. Also around the mailbox needs to be cleaned out and color flowers placed around. I am attaching pics of the current state. Thanks
