+ -1 moreI called him from Angie's list and he called back that same day; made an appointment to come out the following day. He took care of things in about an hour; he would have stayed longer to do some additional work if I hadn't had to leave. Since this repair, I've called him one other time and he called me back within 2 hours - but I had fixed the problem, thanks to his original advice, and didn't need him to come back out. He is very responsive, very professional, and very interested in his line of work.
Description of Work: I had 4 home laptops that weren't connecting to the internet and were running slow. Adam looked at each laptop and installed some newer free anti-viral software (not even part of my request) and fixed each internet connection. Also gave me much advice about my computers while he was fixing - sort of a tutorial and fix-it session all wrapped up in one.

+ -1 moreHe is a trouble shooter, I have been using him for three or four years. He explains everything that he is doing and why. He will even sit down and give you lesson if you need it. I have recommended him to several of my friends. When you have a problem he will analyze your needs and make recommendations accordingly.
