Description of Work: Bought a 2 year plan. When I called to get a Plumber to the house they gave me the run around. Its been over a month I cant get a plumber here or cancel my policy. Everytime I call i get a machine and they wont return my calls. I would never buy again.

+ -1 moreThey aren't open on weekends or evenings so when my heat went out on a Friday night, I had to go without until Monday. Then I could never get anyone there to have a repair person contact me. I tried over and over - no response. I finally called someone myself and they said that the repair was actually considered maintenance so they didn't cover it. I had several electrical problems and never got a reply. Finally gave up and had it fixed myself. My garbage disposal quit working - again, I called at least 15 times, spoke to people, left messages, filed online claim - nothing. I finally have sent them the repair bill but don't trust that they will respond.
Description of Work: NOTHING! I called multiple times for multiple problems that are covered under my home warranty but they never responded. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!!
