 + -1 moreTechnician called back and agreed to come over same afternoon after completing another job. He failed to come over or call to advise that he couldn't come over. I left a message requesting a courtesy call as to whether or not he could come next day. No response.
Description of Work: Called company for visit to diagnose and fix drain blockage.

 + -1 moreMelvin and his apprentice were wonderful. They were very professional. He stuck by his original estimate even though in the end the job took longer than he had initially anticipated. They cleaned up after themselves and even called me the following day to make sure I was satisfied with the job they did.
Description of Work: The kitchen sink was backed up and food was coming back up into the sink after I ran the disposal and the dishwasher was leaking. Melvin assessed the situation and determined that we needed to take out a 6' section of cast iron pipe under the house and re-plumb the line. In addition he had to clean out the vent because it was filled with lots of old crud (the house was built in 1950). He fixed the routing of the dishwasher line through the disposal and tightened up all the connections to ensure there would be no leakage.

HE WILL STAY AS LONG AS IT TAKES TO GET THE JOB FINISHED AND GET IT DONE. HE DOES TOP NOTCH WORK. HE LISTENED TO THE BUDGET WE NEED AND SUPPLIED US WITH THE BEST EQUIPMENT AND OVERALL PERFORMANCE POSSIBLE.
Description of Work: THEY CREATED PLUMBING IN A NEW GARAGE FOR US. IT INVOLVED RUNNING WATER AND SEWER LINES AND INSTALLING FIXTURES.
