Description of Work: The harddrive on my Dell laptop crashed and I had no backup. They were able to determine within minutes if they could retreive my data. I left my computer that day and recevied email updates on the progress. When all was done, I had a copy of my data which I easily restored to a newly purchased MAC..

I was in a state of crisis with vital information having been lost when my hard drive crashed and backup failed. Dell could not retrieve all the information that I had to have. An angel recommended Data Savers, and they were able to retrieve everything that I needed. Not only did they do everything that they said that they would, they managed my crisis in a responsive, respectful, and professional manner...and all for a reasonble price. Thank you again, Data Savers!!
Description of Work: I was in crisis because my hard drive had crashed, and my back up malfunctioned. Dell could not retrieve all my data. Jon and the good folks at Data Savers retrieved all my data, even the "stuff" that Dell could not get to. I cancelled my Dell maintenance contract and will use Data Servers in the future.
