 + -1 moreReally, I am still wondering how well that went. I mean the visit went really nice and it was really a pleasure for me to go there. However, I am just unsure. I think I may have been better off buying a new computer. It seems to be working right now. I would rather not rate them on a few things because I am just not 100% sure.
Description of Work: My computer was crashing big time and the disk drives were not working. I took it to Data Doctors to have it fixed.

 + -1 moreMy experience was very good. They were pleasant, knowledgeable and didn't try to sell me extra stuff that I didn't need. They explained everything to me in a non technical way.
Description of Work: My computer was running very slowly and would not shut down sometimes. I took it into their store and they kept it for two days. When I got it back it ran much better and shut down like it was supposed to. The technician explained what they had done in a way that I felt comfortable with and they didn't talk too much "tech speak" like another place I went.
