 + -1 moreI had an upstairs plumbing leak that was coming through my kitchen lights. This company was assigned by Choice Home Warranty. After several reschedules, Owner inspected stating this was a huge repair and would issue assessment. Per Choice owner said no problem, repair not needed. They were very dishonest. They denied claim and I had to pay $700 after a true plumber found my leak. Beware. They are not legitimate. I am not the only one that experienced issues.

 + -1 moreIt was awful. The technician was very unprofessional. He actually did not replace the ice maker as he said, he cut the power wires and left. He said I should have ice in 3 hours, that wasn't true. I have tried contacting the owner to no avail. I was told one thing by a young lady and the technician said another. He talked to me like I was a child. I have never had problems like this before. I am also reporting them to BBB.
