We are very pleased with the services provided by Custom Roof Designs. Mike and Dave worked with our insurance company to secure approval for a new roof. They are very knowledgeable in the rules that insurance companies follow. (Two other roofers looked at our roof before Mike and Dave, and those other roofers didn't tell us that we had a chance at making a successful claim.) The Custom Roof Designs workers were very professional. They worked at a good pace, not too fast and not too slow. The roof is very good quality and looks great. We paid the exact amount on the contract, so there were no surprises. No leaks so far. About a month after the installation, a piece of flashing was coming loose. Mike, Dave, and their crew came the next day and fixed the problem. We recommend Custom Roof Designs, especially if you have roof damage and are thinking about making an insurance claim.
