+ 0 moreHe has a touch with things and he's fair with his prices. He can fix someone else's poor work and you won't have to pay for a new job. I like his honesty and his manner. He's very methodical and won't rush anything. I feel very comfortable and confident doing work for me. He'll also let me know his limitations.
Description of Work: I've worked with him on several jobs; he's painted my kitchen and two bathrooms. He's done some floor and wall tile, as well as some sheetrock replacement. He has also repaired some rotted wood on my 2nd floor patio. This most recent job was for some interior painting. The wall tiles in the kitchen was artistic and unique to his design.

+ 0 moreDavid comes and does a free estimate, quotes a price and a time frame, and states that once he starts a job he will finish it without interruption from any other job. He is prompt and courteous. His prices are fair. He does indeed complete a job within the estimated time and does not leave things unfinished. He has done four jobs for me and is consistent in his pricing, quality and time. Also, if there is a task he feels unqualified to do, he will state it at the outset. This makes me very comfortable that he will not exceed his expertise.
Description of Work: Painting; ceramic floor tiling; kitchen tile back splash; shelf building.
