Description of Work: Initially they hung curtains and blinds in my office, however, when a problem developed they failed to arrive at the scheduled time, then stopped responding to phone calls and emails. After several months and complaints they finally finished the repair.

 + -1 morePrior to installation, they were very responsive. The price was reasonable. We had shades installed and found two problems: 1) there was a hole in one of our blackout shades and 2) one of the shades was not installed flush with the window sill. Those should have been two very easily corrected problems. After installation, I contacted the company about the issues, and they agreed that they should be rectified. However, after numerous emails trying to schedule a time to fix the problems, they were completely unresponsive and after over two months the problem has still not been fixed and I have not received an email back from the owner of the company. In summary, I cannot recommend this company. For such a large expenditure, you would expect quality customer service, and thus, I feel compelled to write a review. If you are in the market for window treatments, I would strongly suggest you consider alternative providers.
