Would skip deliveries without notice. Can only communicate via voice mail. Would promise make up deliveries for missed deliveries & still no deliveries. Will not return calls. Does not deliver the number of bottles specified in contract. The only thing they excel in is billing--bills are never late. We pay immediately by credit card, so no problem with payments from our end.

Signed up through Costco. Price was good but there were issues immediately. Their automated service would call, saying a delivery was scheduled for the following day, and they wouldn't show up. I would contact customer service, and they would send the driver out within a week. Huge hassle. Finally they got it synced up and we were okay for about a year. Now suddenly over the past two months they stopped delivering the agreed number of bottles. Last month 2 bottles, this month one bottle. I'm tired of dealing with this and just canceled today. It is not a difficult task to deliver 3 bottles of water on the day you promise. I'm going to try Culligan, or I'll just lug the bottles myself from Home Depot.
