+ 0 moreJordan, who the order was placed with, made the decision to use a different piece of granite than what I asked for, then was annoyed when I returned it saying it did not match my current granite. The 2nd time I received the correct type of granite, but the measurements were off in part due to my misunderstanding how to measure (inward instead of outward) and in part due to Creative Stone making an uneven cut and forgetting to polish one edge. When I returned it again, I was told they would do the polish but didn't think the cut was off enough to fix and wanted another $50 to make it even. Jordan and Debbie were both very rude, blaming me for having to come back "4 or 5 times" (they stated this, it was 3x) when 2 of the times were due to Creative Stone's mistakes. I would recommend staying clear of this business as its customer service is horrible.

+ -1 moreAll around great experience spanning five years! Dimitri and his team were able to deliver a one of a kind antiqued fire burnished kitchen counter top. His team also crafted a unique acid washed slate hearth for our basement fireplace. A great team, easy to work with and capable of delivering some very creative products.
Description of Work: Creative Stone did all the marble, granite and slate work in the renovation of our 1929 Craftsmen Bungalow home. This included four bathrooms (to include an award winning master bath) our kitchen and three fireplace hearths and surrounds.

+ -1 moreI originally rated this company an F however we have come to a resolution and Dimtri was very apologetic and refunded $750 to us. I actually think this was an unusual experience for them and they probably do better jobs. We just had a number of things go wrong. We are in the end very happy with our granite in the kitchen.
