Other than a slight glitch in communication on scheduling, everything was great! The guys involved with the work were professional, cleaned up and did what they were supposed to do. I had 4 other companies that do crawlspace waterproofing/encapsulation come out and do estimates and CRAWLSPACESANDMORE.COM was, by far, the most knowledgeable, detailed and reasonably priced. I highly recommend them.

We purchased an existing home with several issues. One issue was water entering the crawlspace after heavy rains. Crawlspaces and More diagnosed the problem and recommended a dry creek. Creek installation was a 2 day job and the result is absolutely beautiful. At one point the crew spent several hours digging under a buried rock in order to achieve optimal drain pipe placement. At all times complete integrity and professionalism was demonstrated by the representative (Jordan Gast) and owner (Jim Briley). We are completely satisfied and would recommend no other company for this type of work. Very competent people.

I was happy with the supports installed and the vapor barrier; however, metal supports from our previous insulation were scattered throughout our yard. A shattered light-bulb was left in the yard as well. Tufts of the insulation that was removed littered the yard. All of this is in the fenced area where my dogs spend time. I was happy with the work, but the details of the job were truly disappointing and potentially dangerous. They did offer to send someone out to clean these things up, but my husband had already done so to the best of his ability. He had to do so that our dogs were able to go outside and relieve themselves. Sent an email to the company detailing these issues. The response was that someone would be out tomorrow to pick up their fan they use for ventilation and check the vapor barrier.

They were able to complete the project without any disruption of daily business to our store. Their work was so impressive that we hired them for a second project at our second store.

Jim came out, reassessed the issue, and developed a remedy on the spot. I expect the repair to work 100% and I know if for any reason a leak reappears, Jim will work on it until it’s right. The company is truly a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend them without reservation.

Unfortunately I found out after the guys left that they had severely damaged my gas Line, I got it repaired I called them they promised to give a discount due to the issue, and almost 30 days later I am still waiting and playing the chase game from a check I was promised would be in the mail ASAP, I wish I chose the other company, and now I wonder if they will honor the life time warranty that they boast about. :( Also I will learn not to give a review so quick

I am very pleased with the work as well as the service. I had previously hired and paid for detection of cracks in my foundation, and the repairs, however, the actual crack in the foundation was not uncovered until Jim and his crew located it in the process of completing my waterproofing. I feel confident that the problem has been corrected and that Crawlspaces will stand by the work. I also appreciated that they worked diligently to complete my service in one day.

They were great. Jordan came out with to do the initial estimate and was very thorough and easy to talk to. The day off the install for the crawlspace drainage, sump pump replacement and encapsulation, Jim and his crew showed up on time and worked hard on getting everything sorted. They periodically checked in with me and we talked to concerns and details. Jim was very patient and worked with me which I appreciated greatly. At the end of it all, I have proper drainage in my crawlspace and great encapsulation work with the added plus that they had lights setup the entire measure of the crawlspace that makes things very easy for me and my other contractors in the future. They did an excellent job of cementing my crawl space, putting in a sump pump and dehumidifier. First they had to tear out the old plastic on the ground, the old insulation, and then complete mold remediation. They always showed up on time and worked hard. They were efficient and very professional. They communicated through out the process and the owner even gave me his cell phone number. I could call him right now if I had a question. I can't say enough good things about Jim and his crew. They replaced my crawl space door and fixed the door leading to my attic. I highly recommend them.
