The crew did a great job. They did get their truck stuck in yard and after reminding management a person was sent and corrected the ruts.

Landon was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the process. Early on, I felt I could trust them and as I looked at other companies, Crawlspaces and More became my standard for comparison and the others didn't measure up. Their solution to my issues was comprehensive and their pricing for the work they suggested was the best among the other companies I looked at. The workers came when they said you they would and worked diligently. It was great working with them.

Not the least expensive, but I really liked Jim and how knowledgeable he was about the entire process. The guys worked non stop and finished with time to spare as far as days quoted. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. GREAT JOB...no more leaks!!!

Only had a small job. It took awhile for them to get it scheduled in.

We had a very difficult problem diagnostically with water leaking in our lower level. I believe that if we had gone with another company we would have tried several different fixes before finding the solution. In the long run I am sure this saved us money and a lot of aggravation. Additionally, Jim is just a great guy! We feel comfortable giving him our highest recommendation.

Work was complete when promised. The humidity decreased to 45% the next day after encapsulation of the crawl space. Jim & his crew were very courteous. I had an awful job done on my crawl space from a different company, and this company came in to fix it in one day. It's rained multiple times since the waterproofing was done, and all seems well.

They were very detailed as far as explaining the contract. I was very happy with their honesty. Even though I expected somewhat of a higher standard they adjusted and were flexible with me.

They arrived on time, worked continuously till the job was completed, cleaned up afterwards and removed all dry wall and trash. Jim made sure I understood and approved everything that he did. I highly recommend this company. I am updating my review of this company. A few weeks after the original project was completed, I noticed a small amount of water in the basement again after a really heavy rain. I contacted the company and they responded to me immediately. They returned to my home and found a small problem that was easily fixed at no additional charge. I appreciate the quick and professional manner that everything was handled. Really appreciate this company. They did some troubleshooting and came up with several idea on how to make changes to prevent water from getting in a warehouse. Since they did the work we have not had any more issues.
