My partner Steve and I hired Crawlspaces and More to work on our crawlspace issues. We had an unlevel floor in one of our bedrooms, we had excess moisture and mold on the wood in our subfloor of that particular bedroom. So the crew came out to our house right on schedule and got busy solving our problems. The floor was leveled with jacks, the mold remediation was done, and we got a vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace, which helps with excess moisture in our house as well. We were very pleased with the work done by Crawlspaces and More. Yes the job was expensive, but they worked with us and the final result was a small fraction of what we Could have been charged, had we hired Trotter or Aqua Guard or any of the other well-known foundation repair companies. Crawlspaces and More lived up to their promises. I Highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done to their home.

I met with three professionals. Crawlspaces and more fixed a water leak in my basement. Their plan was the least labor-intensive meaning I didnâ t have to uproot my landscaping and lighting system in order for them to fix leak. And theyâ re reasonably priced.

I appreciated the ideas and work plan. Although they were not the low bidder I was confident they would do the job better than other proposers. However I would encourage them to get vaccinated as there lack of safety precautions for the customer if not themselves was lacking.

This company was top notch to work with. They sent someone out to discuss our issue who wrote an extremely thorough proposal and estimate in a very reasonable amount of time. It took a few weeks to get on the books, but The front office was responsive with scheduling updates. The final work product is genuinely impressive. The encapsulation was done in meticulously. The The associated drainage yard work I had done was done with care, and a minor, unexpected hiccup was handled professionally and expeditiously.
