+ 0 moreI hesitated to leave a bad review but feel it is unfair to others not to let them know. He even left open electrical wires, so not only did he leave things unfinished, he apparently had little concern for the safety of others as well.
Description of Work: Just about everything he did had to be completed by someone else or redone by someone else. Terrible work ethic.

+ 1 moreFor his part, I did change my mind more than once, however, I always paid for any changes in full. Frankly, he acted like he was doing me a favor working for $45 an hour. I've paid less, I've paid more, but I've never had such poor results.
Description of Work: I had to have some of his work redone -- at a cost of half what he charged and with a much more qualified person. Turns out his work was done incorrectly or was incomplete despite his assurances to the contrary. He did minor work okay but anything the least bit complicated did not work out well.. I don't like leaving bad feedback but feel I had to in this case.

+ -1 moreDave was very responsive and able to help me right away. His pricing was honest and came in a little below after determining the ease of the installation.
Description of Work: Replaced broken pane with new one and reglazed and primed the window. Advised on securing other windows from burglary.

+ 2 moreHe is always on time to a job. He is very reasonably priced. He is very respectful about being around my house and home and professional about cleaning up his mess. He is very knowledgeable in his field.
Description of Work: He has built some exterior windows on my house. He has done some drywall for me and built and closed up a doorway. He has done some plumbing work for me. He has also done various minor carpentry work.
