It went very well. Explanation of everything was very good. My only concern is the amount of lint left on the ground from the dryer very. If there was a way to blow that out into a bag or something would be better than all on the ground. Overall service was very good.

I had a technician come out to service my system for preventative maintenance. I assumed that he also would be able to troubleshoot or diagnose any problems my system was having. He basically changed a filter and charged me $350.00. He told me he is not able to diagnose anything wrong with the system and I would need to have a repair technician come out and pay him for a diagnostic appointment. What a rip off!!!!!!!!

Guess what, they didn't contact me to schedule my maintenance. The last time they were here was in Aug of 2021. It is now end of May 2022. They scheduled me for Aug of 2022, a year after. So skipped my 6-month service. And they tell me they are still trying to call people to schedule. They obviously have my money. I wouldn't but any maintenance from these guys.

I have 5 systems on my home and I've previously purchased systems from CoolRay, Cool-Air, and Reliable. I decided to go back to Cool-Air because of the reliability of the Lennox System that I already have. Stan Bailey at Cool-Air was the sales person. 1. At first I thought this experience was go smoothly, however, days before the scheduled installation, my credit card was charged for the total price of the equipment and installation even though no work had been started and no equipment had been delivered. 2. When the scheduled installation date did arrive, 2 people showed up and after walking through the attic (just like the salesperson Stan Bailey), these installers indicated that they needed to go to the home improvement store and purchase some plywood to walk on in the attic. The installers left and came back about 15 minutes later with no plywood. 3. The installers now begin telling me that they think the equipment is "too heavy" for the 2 of them, and they would need a third person. a: What happened with the plywood that you needed to buy ? and, b: You didn't know the weight of the equipment when you put it in the back of your truck ? ) 4. The installers left saying that they would return the next morning with the plywood and a 3rd person to do the installation. 5. I notified the salesperson (Stan Bailey) of what had transpired and that I expected the installers to return the next morning to start the installation as promised, and that if they did not return I would be cancelling the service. Stan replied with a cryptic message of just "I understand".... nothing more, no apology, no confirmation, nothing. 6. The next morning, I didn't receive the usual text notification that the installers would be arriving, and the installers never showed up. 7. Again, I notified Stan Bailey that I was very disappointed with Cool-Air, their lack of response, especially after charging my credit card well in advance of any work being done and that I would be filing a dispute with my credit card company. Again, I just received a non-chalant response of "I'll notify the installation department".... nothing else, no apology, no commitment of arrival, no confirmation of cancellation. This entire experience has completely changed my judgement of Cool-Air Mechanical. Aside from the poor business practices, and broken promises, the total lack of communication and obvious disregard for what they put me through, I would never recommend doing business with this company.

I want to give a review of the Exceptional service that I received today from Cool Air Mechanical service technician Enri Jasmin. If I could give higher than a 10 star I would. When Enri first arrived he assessed the unit to see where Freon was leaking from. He went into the attic & did a leak test, which wasn't finding where the leak was coming from. He made great efforts to locate the problem both inside & outside. I had 2 other technicans look into the problem prior & wasn't able to find the problem. Enri was so professional & thorough in his analysis. I couldn't be more satisfied with his service. My AC unit upstairs is working perfectly. Just truly EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!!!! Ms. Bowden

They did exactly what they said they would do in our estimate and more. They even fixed an exhaust duct that had been damaged previously by another contractor. They ( Moises Garcia and his co worker) were on time, highly professional, did a fabulous job of clean up and it did not take as long to install as we thought it would. We are very happy with their work and our new HVAC system, it performs very well, so much better than the old system ever did.

Great. Jerry Cobb came by to reprogram the thermostat for us. We were not able to figure out how to get it the way we wanted and Jerry took care of it for us. Cool Air replaced our entire HVAC system about 2 years ago. We were happy with the job and will be having them add a humidifier to the system soon.

Jerry who performed my HVAC service on 12/23/20 was wonderful. He was very professional, caring and courteous. I appreciated his way of explaining the plan for the visit in a step-by-step approach. After completing the work, he took the time to give a brief summary and asked if there was any question. He addressed many concerns I had about my HVAC

I've had them put in 2 systems and I had a service contract for 2 years at one house and 2 years at another. If you get a system through Costco, they can put it in and it will be fine, but DO NOT waste your money on a service contract! On my covered service calls, I was paying $175 for a filter. The most expensive filter in America is $65 on Amazon. I needed a capacitor, $375. Capacitors cost about $25. You may say there's labor, but this was on a covered service call where they check the capacitor. Not much labor there! The final straw, my heat quit. The guy came out and had me at $550 for a fuse and a relay. A fuse costs $1and a relay about $20. I know you have to make money but come on! I called a random company and they came out and fixed it for $240. The End.

They did a good job and I would hire them again. I would recommend them as well.

As usual, it went well. Randy has a way of getting right to the heart of the matter and in his very professional manner takes care of the problem. From the moment he drives up to the moment he leaves, I know he cares.

They came out and diagnose my problem, had a second diagnosis from someone else and went with that one.

I gave Cool Air Mechanical a call after reading their good reviews online. Every one I dealt with on the phone was very helpful, and were able to get help out to us ASAP. Jerry C. who came out was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, and was able to diagnose our issue quickly and provided great options and advice. He returned with the replacement part and repaired our unit very quickly. I will definitely be calling on them, and Jerry specifically, for any work on our system in the future.

I found Cool Air via web search for AC Tune Up. They were offering a $39 system check which worked for me. Setting the appointment was very easy and straight forward. Jerry came out the next day and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. He was gloved masked and had booties covering his shoes before entering my home. He was very knowledgeable and made a number of no pressure recommendations and system additions that I didn't feel compelled to have installed. Jerry's approach was more as a consultant vs service person. I like this and would use Cool Air in the future.

Jerry was quick and efficient. He did a great job explaining everything to us and answering all of our questions. He also wore gloves and mask the whole time he was here. Love the safety precautions! We will only be using Cool Air in the future!

Great. Jerry Cobb brought along an assistant, Mark Harmon, and they spent a couple of hours going over every wire to find the break in a connection that caused the unit to stop working. Unit was under warranty and the guys never had to enter our house, Jerry called us from his phone when he needed us to check things at the thermostat. We have had Jerry before and are very happy with him and his work.

It went great. Our Service Tech was Jerry Cobb and he was very thorough which led to the Salesperson, Kenny Pacon coming out the next day to provide his recommendations based on our current set-up.

I am/was/and always willing to let people/company's make things right but they have not. Unless you want to be hustled, left without hot water, poorly advised and live with total buyers remorse DO NOT CALL F+...see below for details I am still at a loss for words...and am reminded every time we use water in our house that we were taken advantage of.. Everything started out fine but then turned into a rollercoaster ride that ended with our family left stuck with a larger bill and our home plumbing worse than we started..here is how it played out: 1. November 2019 the hot water tank that came with our house died (keep in mind this tank was going for at least 15 years in our dirt crawl space with NO PROBLEMS) and the thermocouple finally gave out from what seems it getting wet..remember 15 years of rain 2. After researching several companies/deals I settled on Cool Air and talking to them before, during'ish, and after was fine. 3. When the plumber came to evaluate the area to ensure what I ordered would work, I specifically asked him if the tank sitting on the dirt would be a problem and if we could raise it off the ground? 4. I was ensured that A) "these new tanks are made to withstand water.." B) due to the ceiling height and requirements to have the flume/gas line a certain way it was not possible and we needed a min 50-gallon tank to be up to code C) eventually the plumber "caved in" and put a dish/pan underneath the tank but said it was completely unnecessary but in the end price was good... the job was done in a quick/efficient manner and no mess left behind ** At this point A+ rating .... 5. Fast fwd 2.5 months..all is good the tank is amazing..I am out of town in DC and my wife calls and says the hot water is out..mind you, we have 3 children under 12 yrs old 6. I call CoolAir from DC and ask if someone can look at the tank as my wife was not able to get the pilot light lit 7. CoolAir kindly sends one of their plumbers out late night to light the tank and review the situation..A+ still 8. The plumber calls me from the crawl space and asks me why I had the tank put on the ground as it SHOULD NEVER BE PUT ON THE DIRT...and that the tank is ruined and can't be fixed and needs to be replaced..needless to say, I was confused..upset..and now my wife and kids in mid-Feb (no snow but cold) are now 4 days without hot water 9. CoolAir's head of sales personally goes onsite the next day and apologizes and agrees with the plumber's assessment and said the tank should have never been installed and directly told me the only option is to go tankless...$2k more than what i paid 10. I asked again ..can I raise the tank..same answer..NO..I must go tankless...but was assured... I will have near-instant hot water and if we are going to remodel this will cover the whole house no problem 11. After 5 days of my family with no hot water and Cool Air being kind enough to offset the cost of the Tankless with what I already paid...(A/A- grade now)..I cave in and give the go-ahead 12. The crew arrives to install the tankless on a Friday..I confirm their arrival and land back to ATL Friday around 4 PM and as I am in the Uber they said they were done and leaving...so I ask my mother-in-law to tip them ..which she did generously 13. I get to the house and now everything goes wrong...not only is my shower COVERED IN MUD..but NO HOT WATER...and OUR SHOWER DOESN'T WORK!! 14. After multiple calls, Cool Air sends a plumber to our house at Friday 7/8PM (same guy that came at night while in DC and the only good person of this whole situation)...After reviewing everything he said that the bad part of tankless heaters is they can negatively impact the water pressure and this should have been taken into account..which it WAS NOT..so after 2.5 hrs a trip to Home Depot we get the main shower working..but little to no hot water 15. Over the course of the next week+ and multiple visits, having to buy new pieces for all showers and new faucet for the kitchen we have semi-hot water...also the only honest plumber there who was cleaning up everyone else's mess asked me one day..." why didn't you just install a "low boy" (a wider but shorter 50-gallon tank that would allow it to be raised) and a sump pump for half the cost of the tankless...can you imagine my face??? when I told him that was never presented to me as an option...he just shook his head 16. Hot Water...Not even near instant...on average (and yes timed), it takes almost 2 minutes for our bathrooms to get hot water...and we live in a 1300 sq ft house mind you! 17. Now if anyone does anything water-related at the same time...the other person gets dribbles!!!...so want to wash your hands while the dishwasher is on...good luck..washing machine...same .18 Icing on the cake....they never came back to put the cover on the outside piece of the tankless heater...my kids have nearly burnt themselves on the exposed piping and believe me if they do or a neighbors kids does litigation is on the horizon 19. I have called multiple times asking for someone to come back and install the cover, fix the issue, switch out for a low boy and sump pump..called and asked for the owner...no one returned my calls..no one followed up...it has been almost 3 months

Water heater removal and installation went exceptionally well. Tommy the installer did a great job. I had this work performed during the shelter in home ( COVID-19) situation. I have had other work done by Cool Air Mechanical and have also referred my family members to their services. All of my experiences with this company have been exceptional and will continue to use them as needs arise.

Wonderful service, I couldn't be happier with our new system. Scott and Raymond arrived on time & worked all day until the HVAC was up & running. They finished in one day; consider this was a big job. They installed and removed all the old equipment & cleaned up afterwards. I will be using them in the future.

Service technician contacted me on the day of appointment to notify he was running ahead of schedule and asked if he could come earlier than the stated appointment time. Upon his arrival Juan was very courteous and made it clear he was taking all precautions regarding the Covid19 virus issue. We reviewed the work to be completed and he set about to take care of everything I requested. Juan answered all of my questions and was extremely patient and courteous in communicating with me. He is a true professional. I would be thrilled to have him provide additional services as needed.

We made an appointment with Cool Air on a Friday and were given a window of between 3 - PM the next day, Saturday. Of course we took that time slot. Our AC had suddenly quit working as well as the Heat and blower fan. We had assumed that the circuit board in the furnace needed to be replaced. Having had them change out both the condenser coils and AC compressors on 3 of the 4 units that cool the house in the last 1.5 years we were unsure what the issues may have been. Sure enough at 6:00 PM Saturday Troy knocked on the front door with a smile, put his booties on and went right to work. It turned out that a safety switch they installed during one of the installs was clocked in the wrong position and had tripped. He put it at the 12 o'clock position, glued the PVC tubing it was installed in, problem fixed. They could not have been more responsive and he could not have been any better of a technician. Bravo Zulu to Troy and Cool Air once again!

I had a service call and it was the most pleasant experience I have had in a long time. Mackay was the technician. He was prompt, polite, and efficient. He did a terrific job. He was able to evaluate my problem and provide a solution that worked out great. I am 100% satisfied. Cool Air has exceeded my expectations throughout the entire HVA process.

I live in Cherokee County and my tech is Jerry Cobb. He is AWESOME! My heat went out last night (2/27). I called the company at 9 am and they immediately dispatched Jerry. He met me at my house at 10:21 am. After a few questions he went to work. A very thorough inspection of the furnace, diagnostic performed and voile furnace fixed and humming like a Swiss watch!!! ALL at no cost because of my service warranty.😊 I am never leaving this company and hope Jerry never leaves as well.
