We had three bids for replacing our 20 year old system. the Costco/Cool Air Mechanical bid was the lowest although the system was a step or two above the competition. Costco's 15% discount and Cool Air's sales manager Daniel's clear layman explanation of the various components of the systems and how they fit with our needs, greatly influenced our decision to go with Cool air. The installation crew, Pedro and Zenon, arrived on time and completed the installation well within the four hour promised completion time. They were pleasant and very competent. They covered the floor and stairs before they began and cleaned up very well after their work was done.

My husband called CoolAir because our newly installed A/C was not working. Barry called back right away and was there within a couple hours. It was a Friday night, but he came anyway and fixed the problem.

Purchased systems through Costco. Our salesman Scott was very knowledgeable as to what we needed. He did not try to sell us more than we needed. The installers showed up as scheduled and completed the job in a timely manner. Pedro, Zenon, Moises and Bernie were excellent. Pedro tutored us on the programmable thermostat. We are very pleased.

Victor and Julio did an excellent job removing our old system and installing the new one. They were efficient, friendly and extremely respectful of our home.

By going through Costco, they offered a great price and the service was excellent. Maverick and Sean came and did a thorough installation of the system and practically did a full gut of my old system and ducts. They were extremely prompt, polite, and left everything clean as well as walked me through everything they did before they left. I would highly recommend Cool Air to anyone looking for extensive HVAC work.

Sean Haynes came right on time and presented himself politely. He got right to work and was able to find the problem fairly quickly. He was courteous and efficient. Work was done under service contract.

When I returned from vacation and discovered the upstairs wasn't cooled properly, I called Cool Air Mechanical. Zach Brannen came out and inspected my system and informed me the condenser for the upstairs unit had failed. Then Stan Bailey came out on April 16 and explained the options to me. Due to the advanced age of the furnace that heats the upstairs, I agreed to replace both the furnace and the condenser so I would have a more efficient system. Installation was scheduled for April 18. Hoisen and Jose arrived on time and worked diligently to get the system installed and running properly. I was especially impressed that they put on slippers over their shoes when they were inside my house and that they covered the floor and stairs completely when moving equipment. When they encountered a problem, they continued until it was solved. Stan even dropped by to check on things during the process. I was impressed with their professionalism, promptness, courtesy, friendliness, and apparent knowledge.

Great service and workmanship in a small area. Elio, JeanP and Demarcus were professional answered each and every question I had. Would use them again when my second system needs service or replacement. Tony the salesman was punctual and had great follow up

The Service Technician, Ashley St. John was a pleasure to work with. I'm one of those customers technicians may dread because I like to watch and ask questions. Ashley called before he showed up, made sure he didn't track dirt into my house and proceded to check out the system. He was very thorough and explained it all to me. I really appreciated it. He really shined when he worked on the compressor unit outside. He cleaned it really well and answered all of my questions. The monitoring device he used displayed all kinds of information and he told me about each one. I highly recommend Cool Air. I purchased two complete HVAC units from them and their service is awesome. I have a service contract with them and bought an air filter during this visit.

Excellent. Arrive on time, very professional. Did a review of exactly what work they would perform and approx how long it would take. Jamal and Daniel completed the installation. They took care to insure the hardwood floors were covered to prevent damage and kept the work area organized and trash free. Before leaving, they made sure my wife and I understood how to work the thermostat worked and that it was programmed to our needs. Would highly recommend this company.

Several years ago I replaced an old A/C unit with Cool Air Mechanical. Their service is excellent, I have no complaints. I am always amazed and impressed how punctual and how professional their service people are. I can't imagine ever using anyone but Cool Air Mechanical for service that I need for my AC and heating.

Between Ashley St. John, the service technician, and the homeowner the "mystery" was solved as to why the unit was not receiving power. We had a good laugh as to the cause. A great company that I have used many many times. Highly Recommended.

Kennie, from Cool Air, responded to my Costco query and was professional and very helpful in choosing a new Lennox system. I was lucky enough to be able to pass everything by a HVAC friend in Texas and he approved with minor changes. Kennie agreed and we started the install the next morning. Victor and his installation partner were very professional working in a tough crawlspace environment. After starting they realized additional work needed to be done. That did not affect the price and the work they did was exceptional. I felt the price was very competitive and the work, start to finish, was excellent.

I worked with Cool Air Mechanical through Costco and received a quote in one day from Daniel. Daniel responded quickly to additional questions I had sent him via email and made sure that the contract detailed everything I requested. He provided all options for payments, savings and rebates. Within 1 week Mike and Austin arrived at my home and did a great job of installing my new unit. They were prompt and had the entire unit installed in less than a day. Mike made sure to let me know what steps I should take between maintenance visits to ensure a long life on my new unit. Cool Air Mechanical also had a great maintenance special - buy 3 years of maintenance and get 3 years free which saved me $477 and keeps me covered for all parts and labor for 7 years. I was very happy with the whole experience and would recommend them to others.

Pedro and Zenon and Sheik are very professional. Sheik gave a very thorough explanation of my 4 options and giving me different ways to stay within my budget to maximize the money. He helped me feel confident about the decision made. Pedro and Zenon were punctual and finished the job an hour earlier than expected. Removed all waste and hauled it away. They walked me thru setting up my smart thermostat and installing the app on my smartphone. Answered all of my questions and reminded me to have them come out for the complimentary 6 month and 1 year service.

What A great experience. They were on time, friendly, courteous and very professional. They brought things down to my level so I fully understood the new system and functionally. Of a rating system of 1 to 5 I give them a 10. I would recommend this company and this team to everyone. Thank you Scott and Raymond for such a great experience!!

Scot came out and gave us a quote for new HVAC systems and water heater. He explained all of options and the benefits of buying through the Costco program. The crews (Elio, Jean P., Moises and Berny) were here at 9:30 the next morning to install 2 units and they did a great job! They were very professional. They cleaned up after themselves and took the time to explain what they were doing and the operation of the new systems. Antwon, the plumber, showed up about 11:30 and installed the water heater and a new PRV! All of the guys were great and the new systems are all working very well. It's great to have hot water in the master shower again!!

At first I thought I'd have to get a new furnace but fortunately John was honest and said that it just needed a new board. Being that it was so cold, I would have gone for anything! John took the time to explain everything and didn't leave until he had cycled the system a few times to make sure it was working.

Brian, the service technician, arrived exactly when promised. He was very polite, inspected our non-functioning unit and took the time to fully explain and show me what was wrong with the unit. He provided a quote for a replacement unit and set up an appointment for the installation crew the following day. Vernon and Jason, the installers that came out to put in the new unit, were polite, professional and very respectful of our home. They put down tarps to cover our floors to protect them while carrying all of the equipment up two flights of stairs to the attic. They got the new system up and running in a couple of hours and we had heat! They took away all of the old stuff and cleaned up everything. The overall experience with Cool Air was exceptional. All of the people I dealt with were great representatives for the company.

I first hired this company via Costco in Jan 2017. I was having problems with my heat pump not blowing hot air. They did a quite of bit work (installing a new penlum, new programmable thermostats, new return vents in 2 bedrooms, rewiring air handler, etc). It took quite a few tries to get it all working right after some missed appointments and having the proper installation crew but it all worked out. My unit has been working great through winter and summer. It was now time to have a winter checkup. I was hesitant to call the company after the first experience but through it all I remembered one technician named Nina was really nice, informative, and professional. I scheduled a maintenance tuneup for him on a Saturday. He did an awesome job by checking out my unit, advising on how I can improve my unit but didn't push me to buy anything and was professional. My only negative critique is not against him but the office schedulers. They still need to improve. It took two appointments to get the technician out. That's not jncluding the one reschedule due to snow. If the scheduling and responsiveness would improve this would have been a perfect score.

So far, so good. Their prices are competitive but not cheap. They seem to care about the quality of their service and they show up within the time windows promised. They certainly meet our expectations.

Excellent work by Sergio and Christian for ducts and Vernon, Maverick, and the two other guys whose names I can't remember for the HVAC installation. Very pleased.

As always, the Cool-Air guys are professional and efficient. They pop on their shoe-covers and get to work. We have used them for a decade now I believe, and recently renewed with an amazing service contract offer: buy three years, get three for free. So we are covered for six years now. Hopefully the world will last long enough that we get to benefit from it!
