I cannot say enough good things about Mitchell and Demarcus. They called when they were on the way, arrived on time, and completed the installation in just a few hours. It was a tough job. The water heater was partially blocked by the furnace but Mitchell figured out how to remove the old heater without having to remove part of a wall, which is what I expected would have to happen. He re-piped the connections (the old piping was a mess!) ran the gas line extension to my stove area and placed the new heater. I had hot water within a few hours of job completion. I now look forward to hiring Mitchell again to install my new gas stove (once I buy it). I highly recommend Cool Air. I will receive a 10% discount on the water heater in the form of a gift card because I'm a Costco member.

This was the most educational company; I walked away with knowledge about HVAC systems and how they function. ALL questions answered, always. Every employee was professional and courteous — the salesman, phone calls from the office, and installers. Everything was communicated thru phone calls or emails, or both.. and I mean everything. Cool Air Mechanical left no stone unturned, and I NEVER felt any pressure. We LUVd our installers ••• Victor + Julio ••• They were FANTASTIC! No issues, and they explained how things worked when I asked. I never felt like I was intruding on their workday. Our property was left as they found it (cleaned up after the install). The system we purchased is an upgrade from the system we had, by far. It's quiet, efficient, and hi-tech (thermostat). It wasn't an option when it came to the 5-inch UV Filter — and I am grateful — I'm now breathing MUCH, much easier. The germs coming home from preschool will also NOT be getting recycled into the household. THANK YOU COOL AIR MECHANICAL!

We have our HVAC system replaced two years ago and are highly satisfied with the installation. For the maintenance work, we are lucky to have Nima as our technician. He is highly knowledgeable. He does a thorough checking of our system every half year. He fixed a minor gas leak that has been a nuisance for years. We ask for Nima as our tech each time we received a maintenance call.

Barry and his apprentice were punctual, professional and a pleasure. I was called 30 min out as promised, and each technician kept things clear for me as they described the issue and resolution each step of the way. They were great with my dog and son, by the way. The ratings brought me to Cool Air. The service will lead me to use them again next time needed. Thank you, Barry and Cool Air.

Professional and Friendly Service. Jason the Sales Rep, did not oversell the products, just told us the facts and let us decide. He barely drove away from our house when we immediately called him and scheduled a new Heating and Air System to be installed. The Installers Elio and Jean P, were PERFECT. They arrived early and completed the job all in one day. We are thankful for the great service we received from the staff at Cool Air Mechanical.

The two installers were excellent. Very professional and clean. There first names were Henry and David. They did the whole job in less than 6 hours.

BEWARE: Service personnel will attempt to sale you equipment and services you don’t need. On a recent scheduled maintenance inspection service tech attempted to sale me a new furnace citing my unit was putting out dangerous carbon monoxide - the meter registered 1-2 parts per million. Most home CO detectors don’t register levels below 30. Levels aren’t serious until 400 ppm. Out of concern, I purchased 3 home CO detectors - none have registered over 0! In addition, the tech recommended other services totaling approximately $3,500. These charges included bringing my units to code. I’ve lived in this house for 16 years and during that time the units have been serviced and inspected over 30 times. Never was i told the units were not to code including by the home inspector when I purchased the home or by Cool Air when they installed a new coil on the furnance and installed a new AC unit. Beware of bogus repair suggestions.

Starting with my salesman Stan, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient through an easy installation and then my plumbing Overview by Blake who was extremely thorough it has been great working with this company. Blake even noticed that my recent water heater installation by another company was not up to code so I had to call them to come back. He even went so far as to email me information that I could share with the other company to make sure they change the errors. Whether you need AC or plumbing this is a great company.

Replaced 20 yr old inefficient HVAC with Lennox 4 ton high efficiency unit and variable speed 110,000 BTU and iComfort wifi thermostat. Decided to do this taking advantage of a Costco special promotion. The initial estimate/ consultation was done very thoroughly by Daniel D. He gave us several options and helped us decide on best system for our needs. The installers (Doug S and Matt M) arrived on time, quickly assessed the project, tore out the old system and did a great job installing the new system. They were cheerful, very professional and thorough and answered my questions along the way, and then gave me a nice overview of the system and the thermostat before leaving. They seemed to me to be a very experienced crew - I definitely give them high marks and recommend them, and very much recommend Cool Air Mechanical (and especially if you can take advantage of the Costco promotions, which lowered my listed cost by quite a bit).

I was provided excellent service and kept in the loop until the project was done. Heisen and Dany were awesome they went above and beyond plus provided world class service. When job was done they made sure I could log in to my system before they left. I appreciated the extra time they took with me. I also want to thank Cool Air Mechanical for sending additional help so the jib could be completed in a day. Thank you Jose', Cody, Raymond, and Humberto for pitching in to get the job done. I look forward to not having to use a space heater. Again Heisen and Dany took away some stress and explained where everything would go after the ceiling went back up. Giving them both two thumbs up. Scot is my Sale Comfort Consultant and has been very helpful with explaining my services. I am amazed that everyone is awesome right down to the person who came to see why I did have heat. Nima was awesome with getting me setup with service and 48 hours later I am all set.

Service tech Stan Gill was prompt, thorough, professional. Knows his product. Friendly and informative. Represents his company well. Highly recommend.

I'm fairly new to Ga and as a result I'm not familiar with the reputation and workmanship of the various companies. My experience with Cool Air Mechanical was very positive. Elio, Jean P. and Demarcus did an excellent job installing 2 new systems. They respected my home by protecting my floors and cleaning up before leaving. Elio gave me a mini lesson on the functionality of the system to ensure I get the most out of it. Great job! It was appreciated.

My Service Technician (Nicco Rosetti) preformed the services on the unit. I was well pleased with his professionalism and wiliness to explain what was needed to keep the unit operating at it's maximum to continue comfort to my family. I would highly recommend Nicco Rosetti to my friends and neighbors for their a/c / heating needs.

From the beginning, when the salesman came and explained all of my options. And, recommended according to my needs and price limits. The installers, Sadonas and Andre were excellent. They were very professional and explained everything to me. I am very pleased.

Cool Air provided me with multiple options at multiple prices to consider. Their technicians and representatives were prompt, thorough, courteous, and clean. I'll be using them when my 3rd system needs to be replaced. In the meantime, I'm enjoying their preventive maintenance program. They also work with Costco to provide excellent pricing and payment programs for members.

It went very well. Mitchell & Antwon dug a trench in my front yard and removed the damaged pipes and installed new ones within a matter of a few hours. They did an excellent job and it did not take them long at all. I have used this company many times in the pat and they have always done a fantastic job, no matter what the problems were. These employees are dependable, hones and sincerely interested in solving all plumbing problems for their customers. Their prices are also reasonable. I high recommend this company and these employees to anyone needing plumbing repairs. I have also recommended them to friends who have used them and were also delighted with their work.

It went just as promised. The original quote was a commitment and not just an estimate. I really appreciated that. It was a fair price even before the $1200 Costco credit we received. We were promised a one-day installation, and Mike and Lamar arrived at 8 AM and were gone by 5 PM ... all packing materials, etc removed. They were very professional as well as personable.

I've used Cool Air for more than 5 years. Every technician has been professional and knowledgeable. Cool Air partners with Costco in this area to offer "buy one get one free" type yearly maintenance contracts. Most recently, Nicco, inspected my hvac system and performed thorough maintenance cleaning. He is very knowledgeable about the hardware and also about mold prevention.

Everyone I encountered was professional and courteous. Original appt made for 12 to 2, I called at 11 to reconfirm, was informed tech will call 30 minutes before arrival. I called again at 2:15 since appt window has passed and no one called. The person at the office apologized, and offer to reschedule, I took the 4 -6 window for the same day. Another tech arrived at 5:30, called at 4:50, performed the service well. The tech was also exceedingly helpful.

Exceptional Experience!! Recently had to replace one of my HVAC units and got 3 estimates. Cool Air was hands down the most competitive and expeditious. From the moment I scheduled the initial estimate to the time of final installation, the process was seamless and hassle-free. Regina at Costco got me scheduled on the spot on a Saturday afternoon. Monday morning, Kennie was at my home assessing my needs and presenting the best options. I made my final decision to go with Cool Air on Thursday afternoon and Austin and Winston were there bright and early the very next morning installing my new system. Wow!! These guys deserve 10 Stars! I plan to work with this team again soon for work at another one of my properties. I highly recommend!!!

This is our 3rd year with Cool Air, and we are still delighted with their professional services. Our last bi-annual July service was completed by Zach, and his HVAC knowledge and communication skills help instill our confidence in his ability to prolong the life of our aging units!

Our home is much more comfortable since our new HVAC was installed yesterday. The installers Jamal and Daniel were punctual and polite. They worked hard all day and were considerate of our needs. Very professional.

This company beats in professionalism any other company I've ever dealt with. Daniel, the engineer who came to assess the work, went through all the technical details of the equipment with me and specified every requirement I had. The crew couldn't have been more competent and professional: Doug, Matt, Victor and Julio installed two AC and furnace systems with zoning and smart thermostats in less than 8 hours, leaving everything impeccably clean.

The project could not have gone any better. Pedro, Zenon, and Harold were professional, punctual and did a perfect Job. Tony has been a great resource al well. The system works great, and the price was competitive. highly recommend.
