Well. Took two visits because of weather; first tech properly did not shortcut to avoid need for return trip. Both techs were thorough and professional.

In March 2019 I called this company to replace my water heater, which had a leaking tank, through COSTCO. I was interested in a tankless unit to avoid dealing with the damages of a leak again. The technician (Blake Dill) recommended a sophisticated (and expensive) Navien heater not covered by the COSTCO deal, but I was happy to go for what I was told a very durable state-of-the-art system with "satisfaction guaranteed". After the work was done I noticed that hot water was brownish, but was told that it would go away in a few days. To summarize the subsequent horror story: 10 months after the installation and multiple visits, we still have the brownish water, the final verdict being that the city water comes with contents of iron and minerals that are too high and lead to oxidation, hence the rust color. Danny Glass, who leads plumbing, recommended that I spend around $4000 more to install an even more sophisticated filtering system, no written commitment from the company or the heater manufacturer that this would work. Exhausted by the lack of resolution I just asked them to take the offending equipment back and get me a regular heater with a tank, since we didn't have this problem with the old unit. I'm still waiting. I think this company is overrated because they are very aggressive at pushing customers to write good reviews after installation, I believe people should be warned what might happen after.

Great installation of my new HVAC system from Start to finish! Demarcus and Heisen were prompt, courteous, professional and efficient. Sean and Steve came out and installed a new HVAC on the main floor. Those guys worked smart, hard and fast. They really know the job. Great men to have on the job. They did a lot of work in a short period of time.

Troy was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He identified the problem and gave me several options to correct the issue.

Brian was great. He was early, very polite, and very helpful. He noticed that the oxygen sensor needed to be clean and the filter needed replacement. We would definitely use them again!

Cool Air Mechanical replaced two heaters and AC units in my house that were old and end of life. I have to say one major thing about this company: They are fully professional. 1. They show up on time. 2. They accepted a last-minute request that made the installation superb. 3. They were meticulous on all details. 4. Everything was as clean as when they came in. 5. They were all so very polite and accommodating with any question I had. 6. It is a fully competent staff that, after looking at a job they completed, leaves it looking better than when they started. Of all the contractors that I have had in the past 10 years, they are the only one that has surpassed my expectations. Great job by Elio, Moises, Jean P., Berny and Morris. You guys are the greatest!

Troy came in and found that there was a wire broken behind the thermostat that completed the circuit to the fan motor. Reconnected the wire and it was good to go.

It went incredibly well. We called Cool Air Mechanical when our air conditioning system went out, and they were here the next morning. We cannot speak too highly of Moises and Berny, the two experts who handled the installation. Speaking as an Engineer, I found them to know exactly what they were doing, and had the new system up and running within five hours. They took time to be sure we understood how the new thermastat worked before leaving. Cool Air came highly recommended by several neighbors, and now I'm recommending them as well.

Once again I am impressed with the technician sent out from Cool Air Mechanical. Friendly, knowledgeable, efficient - John Roberson was exactly the kind of technician I would hope for. He was sincere in making sure the problem we were having was completely solved, and would not require a follow up visit. I really appreciated him and his effort.

Fantastic. I just had my first (minor) issue - (only a blown fuse) but the service response was fantastic. I highly recommend their tech, John Roberson! He was great. If I had a similar company, I'd poach him. ;)

I had an emergency where my old AC quit working in July's sweltering heat. I called Cool Air who came out that day and to my relief they were able to schedule an installation of a new HVAC system the following morning for 9-10 a.m.. My installers, Daniel and Humberto, showed up a few minutes early and were able to get started immediately with the installation. They were both very professional. I asked Daniel and Humberto a bunch of questions and they were polite, knowledgeable and professional in their responses. The installation was fully completed in 4-5 hours and I could not be happier with the results. I am so glad I called Cool Air Mechanical and would recommend them to anyone. I will use them for all my HVAC needs in the future. Thank you Cool Air and Daniel and Humberto!!

The staff of Cool Air Mechanical were excellent and 100% professional from the first person I encountered at Costco to the final installation crew (Jorge & Cody). I talked to their staff on the phone Wednesday, July 3 and got a service visit on Friday, July 5th (right after the July 4th holiday). The install for my new unit was scheduled for Monday, July 8th at 9am and it went perfectly. I cannot say strongly enough how pleased and impressed I have been by this company. I highly recommend them.

Great and friendly service willing to hire again

I am very satisfied with the product and the service provided by Cool Air Mechanical and their technician, Sean Haynes. Sean did an excellent job of installing an air purification system. Sean also performed the annual checkup on my A/C system. I highly recommend Cool Air Mechanical and especially Sean for any air conditioning service.

Have been working with Nima consistently for a few years now. He is knowledgeable and informative; professional yet friendly; and provides exceptional HVAC service.

This company has been fine until recently - I have had to have 6 service calls for one issue - highly disruptive to my life and certainly a waste of resources on their part. Have had some poor quality work from a HVAC tech (didn't correctly diagnose issue or not the whole issue) and plumber (put new AC drain in and left it lower than drain it went into causing leak)

Nima Naderpour is my technician and he does an excellent job. On time and very professional. Checks all I ask him do do and even repaired some loose duck tape.

Excellent! Henry and David worked very hard and fixed things Casteel had neglected to do properly when furnaces were installed. We purchased through Costco as they had good sale and discounts.

Cool Air is my 'go to solution' for HVAC. We chose them to install one of two systems and were so impressed that we had them install a second system a year later. Next year we will use them again. The follow up service has always been excellent; The technicians always thorough and prompt. This year was the best with Technician Dean Williams. He was professional, outstanding and thorough in explaining what he would do and following through. Because of his customer service, representing Cool Air, we contracted for another year to service both systems.

Great job. It took a couple of trips because my issue was intermittent, making it difficult to solve. The unit was shutting off and going into error. I could make it run again by resetting it but after running for a while, it would shut off again. Cool Air stuck with it and returned for no charge when the issue occurred again. They finally discovered a capacitor that was working most times but not working when it reached the top end of its tolerance. They replaced it and I've had no issues since.
