+ -1 moreVery happy with the results. We met with 5 different contracting companies and Construction Ahead made us feel most at ease considering their design options, cost, and professionalism. Austin communicated the whole time and we always knew what was going on. He worked around the schedules of the water protection company that was installing the sump pump as well as our work schedules and was always available when we needed him to be. We have no complaints and plan on using him for other projects in the future.
Description of Work: Demo existing basement, built temp wall for drainage installation, removed load bearing wall and expanded door openings and installed headers, opened up kitchen wall and added bar (half wall for bar installation)

+ -1 moreI called Austin Foster, explained the work I needed to be done; he promised to come by to give me an estimate. We scheduled several times and he finally came out on the 4th time. He seemed interested in the work to be done, took pictures and promised to call. I waited about 2 weeks and finally called him. He returned my call 2 days later and left a message saying the work was not something they would do - not something that would be profitable for them. I would not call them again for anything.
Description of Work: I wanted additional bracing added (in the cellar) for a small area of flooring in my living room, wooden shingles put on the sides of my house and a basement wall for a portion of my cellar.

Description of Work: TORE DOWN A WALL BETWEEN 2 ROOMS, INSTALLED SUPPORT BEAM IN ATTIC, PATCHED HARDWOODS WHERE WALL WAS REPLACED, REFINISHED HARDWOODS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE, PATCHED DRYWALL, CEILING, AND MOLDING AS NECESSARY AFTER WALL WAS REMOVED.
