Description of Work: Connie Cousins-Baker was an excellent Realtor. She works for the buyer and will go to great lengths to help you find what you need. She works with experienced and professional mortgage brokers, house inspectors and contractors so you don't have to search for them when making a decision to buy a home. She is well versed in Atlanta real estate but never forces you to look at something that may not be your cup of tea. Before she went into realty, she was a social worker so she is very attuned to the needs of those she works with and makes you comfortable with every process in a home/condo search, from contract to closing. She actually went over the contracts with me line by line so I knew what I was signing (which was just fine!). And she helped me find an excellent house in just my price range. Let me also add that Harry Norman has probably the best search engine for home buyers if they wanted to check things out themselves. In short, I recommend Connie Cousins-Baker in the highest terms and would work with her again in a heartbeat.
