Thomas and his partner were phenomenal. They have a flat rate for hanging light fixtures (4 plus a ceiling fan.) They were punctual, professional, and personable. I will definitely be recommending them for any type of electrical work.

Everything went great! I expressed my concerns regarding a previous experience with getting the same ceiling fan installed and he was eager to please. Please note that my ceiling is 22 inches high. They crew arrived early, explained the process, re-installed the fan the correct way, and walked me through the operational instructions. Later that evening, after they left, I noticed that the fan was tilting slightly. I sent a message to Thomas about the tilting. He came out the very next day to address the issue. I will definitely hire him again for any future electrical work.

Marangely and Tommy are AMAZING. I called several companies to get quotes for this project. Marangely called me back, on a Sunday, provided a reasonable estimate and scheduled my appointment for that Thursday. She offered Tuesday but it didn’t work for my schedule. They arrived on time, explained the work that world be done, did their best to contain the mess as they completed the work, and were polite, respectful and professional. I have some other projects and I’ll be using Complex, Inc. LLC for sure!!!

This company knew exactly what was needed to exchange out old recess lights to Bigger ic rated lights and did it on time an cleaned up after themselves. Will use again in the future

My old ceiling fan was not working properly. Complex Inc. was able to diagnose the issue and install my fan quickly. They are very responsive and stand behind their work.

Thomas was great! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to put both our ceiling fans (plus assembly) with in 2.5 hours. He answered questions we had regarding other electrical work we might need in the house. Super friendly and 11/10 would hire him again!
