They were exceptional

They came on time and had a plan. The first person would put on the 24 hour cream to bleach it out and the second would come back the next day and clean it all up. Unfortunately, what was used did not work as it didn't fade the stain. Rather than keep trying - I decided to forget it. I don't think anything will actually bleach it back to its white color. Because it didn't work - they did give me a discount. The two employees of the company were really friendly, professional and mannerly. It was refreshing to work with people like these two. I don't believe there is anyone that would have been able to get this stain out - they were my best hope and I know they did the best they could. I would definitely use them again.

Great finish, took the guys a couple of hours to remove the etching and re polish the counters.

Original repair was less than perfect. However, they returned and made everything right. I highly recommend this vendor.

Robert covered the entire area, making a type of dam, so that it would not make a mess in the entire bathroom. After completion, I examined the job and was thoroughly pleased with the outcome. It looked brand new. The entire area was also completely clean. I would not hesitate using Cleaner Image Marble Cleaning and Restoration again. If you have a problem, give them a call.

Very professional company, consistent with other reviews. Called to confirm appointment, they were on time -- very courteous, knowledgeable and responsive to questions. They are not cheap but did reduce price from the estimate based on the actual amount of work required when they got here, which was very fair and much appreciated.

These guys are easy to work with, delivered a free on site estimate, performed the work exactly as proposed and followed up before, during, and after as expected, promptly, and professionally. If you have marble that needs sealing or simply sprucing up, give them a shout.

This two man crew showed up on time and got to work. They are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The job consisted of a marble foyer floor and a bath floor. The floor had years of scratches, wax, and dirt that was I not able to remove even with bleach and a scrub brush. Before I found Cleaner Image I was contemplating ripping the floor out and putting in cheap tile. What a mistake that would have been. My marble floors now glisten like new. I cannot describe the amazing difference. Not only do they look fantastic but having them refinished was cheaper than new floors. Besides refinishing and sealing the floors, they are regrouted all areas missing grout and caulked the edges for me. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Cleaner Image!

The service turned out well. They were prompt. I have used them twice.

They did an excellent job. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. They explained what they would do. They finished sooner than what they said would.

Sink was what the original job was for. When the technician was out he gave an estimate on the front entry and columns at front of drive. It was raining that day so said he would come back. He was very prompt HOWEVER it turned out the columns and entry were not limestone so the procedure did not work. He even said that he should have not given the estimate in the rain. But we were still charged $500 for this service even though it was quoted incorrectly and the columns look worse than before and was told that in order to fix it, they would charge us even more money. I chose this professional for my boss due to the nature of the positive reviews on Angie's list. When I received the report from her about this, I was very disappointed that I made the recommendation and I also noticed the columns looked worse than before. I was surprised that they would change for a botched job that they admitted to and charge additional to make the situation right.

It was a good experience overall! They delivered and I was very pleased with their work. I think I recall them being a bit pricey, but bottom line was that they did an excellent job. The technicians were very professional and showed up on time. Everything went well.

The first thing they did after surveying the tasks was to put down floor coverings in the areas where they would be working as well as on the stairs and passageways where they were expecting to walk and move equipment. The work went swiftly and efficiently and the cleaning/refurbishing turned out very well. They resealed the seam between the kitchen counters and the backsplashes which really made the countertops look good. The chip repair was not as well done as I would have liked. Some of the chips were in locations that made filling them difficult and they are no longer noticeable, but the surface of a few is rough enough to allow them to be located by touch. The master bath sparkled after their cleaning and I was glad that I had opted for them to clean the floor in addition the shower. The shower job was the main reason I hired them originally. I rated them A overall, but really it should be A- based on the chip repair issue. Not a bad job in all though.

The entire staff is supremely professional on time knowledgeable- worked quietly and steady, completed job on time- covered all floors and surfaces not being repainted to to protect some of the best contract were ever hired.

They provided restoration and resurfacing for Corian, tile and marble. I am very pleased with the job they did. It looks like new. From the first call I made until the job was done, all the folks at Cleaner Image inside and out were very responsive, courteous, and professional. They take pride in the work they do and treat it as a craft. I will definitely use them again and refer them to others in need of their services. .
