I had been told that the move would begin at 9:00 and they showed up at 11:30. No one called me to tell me. There was also a "misunderstanding" about the bill and an unusually long wait time for the mover to prepare the bill while sitting in his truck. The final bill included a very large trip charge which had never been disclosed to me. I called Classic Design Services three times to discuss the undisclosed trip charge and no one ever returned my call. I can only conclude that dishonesty was involved.

They have delivered several pieces of furniture in the last year and every time, they do not deliver within the 4 hour window they state. They have been 1 1/2 late to 3 hours late. Both times have been in the evening. After waiting since 1p, if I had evening plans and could not have received the delivery, another delivery day would have to be set; hence, another 4 hour window that I would have to be home for and then, most likely, they would not show up until AFTER that time. Whoever schedules the delivery men does not care if they honor the time frame for the customer. Always an excuse and an apology, but after having it happen twice, they cannot be trusted. If you have any options for delivery, do not use this company. Ask the furniture stores who use them if there is another delivery service they can use. Very difficult for someone having to take off work.
