Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning

The entire process was perfect. Got the first available appointment on a SUNDAY! Got called by the technician with his expected arrival time and he was early. Two courteous young professionals completed a 5000 sq foot whole house carpet cleaning with amazing results. Old carpets were refreshed and the entire home had that awesome citrus aroma. I'll be a customer forever!!!

My service guy was great

Tech was great. Explains everything. Put slippers over shoes to walk on my carpet. Did not do recliner as it had cotton fabric and he could not guarantee the work. Very impressed with Macao s work. Will use again

The customer service was great. But I still smell my puppies urine after paying the price I paid. I would expect not too.
