Citrus Fresh Carpet Cleaning

I have used this company in the past and was pleased with results and customer service and unfortunately, used a different company last time that left the carpet feeling crusty to walk on and smelling like dirty water. I called Citrus Fresh back out and again had high quality cleaning work with a wonderful citrus scent. It may be a bit more pricey, but worth every bit the extra $$$. The customer service and service technicians are professional and respectful and they have always been on time. I will always use this company going forward for our carpet cleaning needs !!! Thank you !!!

I love this company. They get all of the spots out of the rugs ( even ones that other carpet cleaners have told me can't be removed). They tell what it will cost in advance...no expensive add-ons. The technicians are all very professional and let me know exactly when they will arrive. After the cleaning, my carpets look and smell great and are not waterlogged Plus the price is very reasonanle.

Bonnie's customer service was top-notch on the phone in terms of scheduling and follow-up, and Ryan was friendly, professional, and thorough in his carpet cleaning performance ... my bedroom carpet has never looked better in the 16 years that I have had it ... all natural, no harsh chemicals, and smells great, too ... I could not recommend this company enough!
