The technician called ahead of time to ask was it OK to come early which I appreciate. The job took a lot less time than anticipated. The technician was thorough. And the estimate given to me online what s the price I paid. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others. My carpets look and smell wonderful. The drying time is less time than expected. It was nice to be able to get back to living right away. I actually called another company first. I did receive an advertisement For a special price. I called the number at 8 AM on a Saturday morning, receive voicemail That the company was not available but will call me back. As of now five days later I have not received a call back. I searched online for carpet cleaning companies and Citrus fresh came up for my area As the first choice . I love the option to get an estimate online. I receive text updates and an email confirmation right away, I also converse with a live person via text which I appreciate.. I am such a pleased customer. Thank you.
